Cloud Control Platinum Cat Litter, Hypoallergenic, Dust-Free, Multi-Cat, 14-Day Odor Control, 18 lbs – Dander Shield & Baking Soda

This is hands down the best litter I’ve ever used. We currently have 3 kittens, and have had other cats in the past so I have many years experience with pretty much every brand and type out there. I was using Fresh Step with these kittens at first, as I liked the odor control and got a good price on it at BJs. Sometimes we also used the sister-and very similar- product Scoop Away. Both of those seem to have become dustier over the years. So much so you can see clouds of it, also I was getting a tightness in my chest after daily scooping. I became worried for my fur babies lungs. Also one of our kitties seemed to have an allergy to it and was constantly itching after using the box. We now use 2 XL stainless steel litter boxes with this litter exclusively and couldn’t be happier! I was hesitant to try this since I found most A&H litters too heavily scented in the past. So much so that I felt the house smelled of litter ( not the cats business but the litter itself). This one has a light scent but is in NO way overpowering and I actually quite like it. This stuff is basically a sand consistency.. It’s softer on their little paws. This also helps with tracking as it’s so small you don’t have balls of clay tracking all over the place. I use a Dustbuster outside the boxes daily, and along with the step/catcher that came with the boxes we have zero tracking issues. Kitties had no problems transitioning, I think they actually prefer this litter. The baby that was itchy is no longer itchy. As for odor control- it’s even better than most other brands. I normally sprinkle in the Rocco & Roxie litter deodorizer which was a necessity with some litters. I haven’t needed to do so with this one, unless one of them has an exceptionally bad poo day lol Only negative is the cost. It’s more expensive and at first I didn’t intend to continue using. I got it on sale and was desperate since my one baby seemed allergic to the last litter. I’ve since bought 3 more boxes. It lasts longer as the clumps stay harder and nothing really sticks at all. And my kittens like to dig a hole to China before going 🤣 So I feel the price evens out. Hope this helps anyone sick of dusty, high tracking clay litters!

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to write a raving review in my life! This litter is legit. Let me begin by saying; we are a 3 kitty family. So, anywhere we can save when it comes to animal cost is major, because of that we have been purchasing a brand name litter from Costco for years now. The litter box is kept in the laundry room and my kids are usually on litter duty so I never really noticed an issue, with the exception of dust build up. Recently, I took over scooping, and oh my good gracious, the amount of dust cloud that came from that old litter was enough to give you an allergy attack. Not to mention, the increasing amount of litter dust throughout my laundry room. GROSS! Anyways, I decided I had enough and looked into an alternative option. That’s when I found this Cloud control litter by arm & hammer. I am in absolute awe of this litter and its lack of dust or cloudy aftermath! Like, literal shock and so mad at myself for not buying it sooner. The litter itself is more of a sand like texture, so a bit lighter than other litters. It seems to clump well, and scoop easily. Although because of the texture, it does track a bit more than our old one. No biggie if you have a litter mat! The smell is a nice clean fresh scent, but not overwhelming or artificial smelling. I honestly don’t know if the 14 day claim on this litter is accurate, because I just started using it and I was too darn excited about the product that I just had to stop and write this review. I also immediately ordered another box to have as backup and now have this litter on my subscription. It’s is a bit more on the pricey side, but I would say the value of this litter is 100 percent worth a bit more cost.

I absolutely love this brand of cat litter. It’s the only one I use. I have two cats and only use one litter box. I clean it every day and there’s no dust or terrible odor. When people walk into my home they compliment it and say it doesn’t even smell like cats live there. I’m a very clean cat owner. I vacuum every other day, use wax melts in my home and have a genie pail for them. I also use a high top cat litter box tub so they don’t kick out litter too much. If you have an older cat that can’t jump definitely keep a lower litter box. I carry one for travel and in case of surgery. But back on topic. The clumping feature amazing. Even though there’s no dust the litter isn’t rough and it’s a soft sandy texture. This size lasts us about a month w two cats under the age of 5. And they always deliver fast. I haven’t really seen much of a difference w the type of boxes from purple to blue. So I just go w either or. Doesn’t matter. My cats are healthy and I have a boy cat so avoiding a UTI is so important bc I’ve lost a kitten to that before.

Used this in one litter box for two kittens. It clumps well, tracks a bit, barely has any dust, but I can't stand the smell. I didn't think I was sensitive to smells, but based on the other reviews left here apparently I might be! I'm honestly not sure which is worse to me - cat poop smell or the way this litter smells. It's overpoweringly strong and I will never buy it again because of that. Otherwise works great.

Cat loves the arm & hammer Amazon litters from the cloud control to the platinum. The pricing isn’t too bad. You get a lot that lasts awhile for one cat, probably less if you have multiple cats. The cloud control makes it so the dust isn’t kicking up when the cat paws the litter. I’ve noticed no smells or odor. It creates easy to clean clumps, my cat is healthy and clean, it comes in a box size based on weight of the litter. No litter tracks, and messes. Long lasting litter. It’s the top tier litter! Creates a healthy clean environment for kitty. Our household loves this brand and will continue to buy.

Bonne litière, c’est pas mal mieux de la recevoir à la maison que de la transporter chez soit . Super lourd ! Pas trop dispendieux .

Es mi primera vez teniendo un gato, entonces no tengo punto de comparación con otras arenas, pero está definitivamente me convenció, no acumula olores, tiene una ligera fragancia que desaparece un par de días después, pero no hay mal olor. A la gatita que venía de la calle no le tomo más de 2 días acostumbrarse a usarla, es fácil de limpiar, aunque si llegan a formarse pequeños grumos, adicional a la pala utilizo un colador de arena. Rinde bastante la verdad.

La mejor arena que he probado, por mucho.. casi no hace polvo, y mantiene sin olores. Incluso al limpiar los deshechos con la pala, desprende un aroma muy agradable.

As promised on the box- zero dust. Litter has a sand-like consistency and has a mild but pleasant scent which smells like apples to me. I suspect my cat has a dust allergy, so I bought this in part to help reduce overall dust levels in the house. Dust in the litter area is gone and no dust puffs up when litter is scooped or poured. My cat uses it with no problems, although because it is more lightweight than regular litter, be prepared to clean up litter that gets outside the box if you cat is an enthusiastic kicker when they bury their business, like mine is. I couldn’t find the Platinum version on Amazon when it came time to buy more, so I bought the “regular” cloud control litter locally. No idea what the difference is; I read both boxes and they seem identical to me.
