Great product at a sensible price. These balls are probably a bit smaller than a tennis ball but not as soft. They are much harder and don't compress. They have a grippy rubberised feel which stops them sliding around on you or the surface you are using them against, i.e floor or wall. I bought them primarily to use on my lower back and I find them great for this. You can place them wherever you have your problem and having two of them means you can balance yourself out a bit. I find they do help a great deal and I would certainly recommend giving them a try.
