The first one we received was defective, (they had ...
The first one we received was defective, (they had over tightened a screw and split a runner, it would have splintered into a butt!) no hardware and no instructions. The replacement had the hardware, but still no directions, and then the directions they did send wee for a different unit. Then it says for this unit you must have professional instillation.

First of all, there was a chip in one ...
First of all, there was a chip in one of the planks. 2nd, someone should try sitting on that size of bench. The side extension is the same as the larger size. Therefore, it takes away sitting space. So, unless your rear end is 8" wide, you will be hanging off the edge!

Very Steady & Stylish !
This was a fantastic addition to the shower , really makes all the difference!Really sturdy and solid , install was pretty easy (depending what you’re drilling through mind you), no issues about it standing upright and falling , it’s securely in that position, a firm nudge is required to set it flat. I modified it from an L to a straight bench due to space, and not being able to flip the left side jet out to the right (my preferred orientation would have been on the right side as the shower door is on the left) , due to off center cross bracing, and it being welded together (also it’s SS, so my (your) regular weekend warrior setup won’t weld that).Either way , would purchase another one if I had the need; Quality product !Side note: Reference info is a little tough to read , I thought they could have put a better view of the product , either by picture or schematics.
