This headphone is not noise-canceling, not whatsoever. It is the most sensitive microphone I have ever used. It picks up every background noise possible. If you breathe at all, it is unbearably loud, you will literally rape the ears of people listening to you. Keyboard noises, mouse noises, move in your chair, if someone is in your house downstairs you can hear them. It is literally incredible how sensitive this microphone is. Also, this headset is incredibly loud. I have to turn the volume to literally 1 on my computer, 1 out of 100, because it's that loud. Not only that, the earmuffs are incredibly too small. On my left ear, the earmuffs would pinch against my ear, instead of covering it. It is INCREDIBLY painful. So, a painful headset that has military-grade sensitivity, along with being the loudest headphones ever. I guess this is good for people with nerve damage that can't feel their ears, and need hearing aids and 10000 volume just to hear something. And it might also be good if you do interrogations, cause you can hear every little noise in a room. Or maybe good for dictation. You can hang the headset from the ceiling maybe and use it for dictation? Idk.Overall review? The most garbage headset I've ever used in my life. 5$ dollar store headsets are better.

This is an amazing work headset for the price. They are a little tight around a big head like mine, and it won't win any awards for how music sounds so I took away 1 start for that, but for phone work it is excellent, voices are heard clearly and the microphone picks up my voice clearly as well. I even used it for some voice over video work and my voice sounded like it came from a much more expensive microphone. These are overall better than the headsets my job provided and they cost 3 to 4 times as much as these. For call center and phone work, these are the best overall for the price.

I bought these to use to teach online classes. It worked great for 3 classes. Then suddenly they stopped working. I stored in the original box when not in use, to keep them "safe" so they shouldn't have stopped. Very disappointed.Update: the company reached out to me and quickly replaced the headset. I LOVE this headset it is so comfy and the mic works great. I teach online so comfort is key. The aren't tight and don't pinch. I'd recommend these headsets and the company has great customer service.

Initially product was great sounding and easy to use. After 2months, randomly button case got hot, though continued to work and then the next day PC won't recognize USB being plugged in. I tried several PCs and none even registered USB being plugged in, isolating the problem to the head set itself. With no visual damage anywere on case, wire or headset, I opened button case to look for obvious signs of damage. The actual problem seems to be a manufacturing one. Black wires on both sides of circuit board had the actual wire strands cut to where 2 or 3 wire strands were left out of 30 to complete the circuit. With minimal use, those wire strains remaining connected on the black wire broke over 2month time period. Red, Wire and Yellow wires had less wire slack and would have been more prone to damage had the wire been pulled on. Seems molding of the strain relief feature process damage the black wire and they assembled it anyways. Head set was great for the first two months and now I'm left getting something else.

this is an outstanding headset for Dragon NaturallySpeaking users. I particularly like the microphone and the weight easily picks up my voice and makes Dragon respond far more quickly than anything that I have ever used. It creates a feeling of fascination and wonderment in me. This is because I enjoy using Dragon NaturallySpeaking because I am handicap and it's far easier for me to use my voice to dictate then my hands to type.In short, if you are looking for cost-effective headset for Dragon NaturallySpeaking this is the one. There are some issues I hope the company is aware of and is addressing for future models of this headset. I do believe that they can keep the cost down and still provide the outstanding response that it provides for Dragon users. Number one I have only been wearing the headset for about 15 minutes and I feel a good amount of discomfort on the top of my head this is because there is no padding whatsoever at the top. Number two the headset tends to squeeze in tighter on the sides of the ears which I think makes the pressure on the top of the head even greater. Number three in my final observation for examination. The company provided instructions on how to set up the headset for use. The problem was the instructions dealt with Windows 8 and not what Windows 10. Windows 10 is the predominant operating system today. The problem that I had was a bad sound driver that would not recognize this headset when I first plugged it in. I think the company would benefit by adding instructions on how to deal with this issue from a Windows 10 perspective In their setup instructions. This is all I have other than that. This headset is outstanding and I love it.

I purchased these for a work at home job and for conference purposes since I run an llc for work at home jobs. These have been an amazing right from the start. As soon as I unboxed them, I plugged them in and windows 10 immediately set them up. The meeting I was in immediately picked up on the headset and switched everything over seamlessly! The sound was so loud and crisp and clear that I had to actually only have the volume at 45 instead of 100 like some other headsets. I haven't tested the ability of the noise cancelling on the microphone, but from other reviewers it seemed to rate great for that as well and also was a reason for my purchase! This is a great price for this good quality product! I would recommend for sure!

I use this headset to record my podcast. The mute button on this headset is awesome. I can mute myself while my guests are speaking so when I edit the episode I don’t hear myself breathing. BE ADVISED: it’s a USB connection so unless you have some kind of adapter, it won’t plug into an iPhone in case that’s what you were thinking you would use it for.

I have been using dragon software for a number of years both at home for studying and in my workplace. Unfortunately my headset at home became broken and it was often not clear which I always put down to the Dragon program not being accurate. However I ordered this headset as a replacement and it has been brilliant. the microphone picks up the words accurately so dragon works better than it has ever worked, it is not picking up background noise or other people talking.I would highly recommend this headset. The only thing that initially put me off them was the fact they were not wireless but the wire is very long so this is not a problem.

Very good headset for clarity. I'm a bit deaf, have lost speech frequencies. These headphones are great because they don't unnaturally amplify the bass. The foam padding has a hollow in the centre, I can also fit my hearing-aids under them. Mic is good, flexible arm is great, but very sensitive pic-up: don't put it too close to your mouth or the listener will hear every breath! Overall very pleased. Have recommended them to other people, who are also fans.

I use these headphones to watch tv on my laptop and find that they are really comfortable and they definitely blocked out other sounds around me - so definitely 5 stars for that. They came boxed and with a lovely holding bag to keep them safe and clean - another thumbs up. The usb connection is great and no more loose Jack for me. I haven’t used and don’t need the voice recognition so really can’t comment on that, but as the product is so good, I would expect this to be good as well. All in all, I give a massive 5 stars for this product.

Plugged these into the laptop and they worked straight away. No need for a driver or change in settings. The adjustable ear pads make them really comfortable to wear and the sound is crystal clear. The cable control for volume, mute and hang-up is a great bonus. There is also a generous length of cable and the mic position is fully adjustable. Overall a great buy. They seem to be a reasonable build but time will tell how robust they are.

Excellent Headphones for Working with Dragon SoftwareThese are extremely comfortable headphones. I use them with Dragon Professional Individual whilst dictating into BT Mail or Microsoft Word. They respond perfectly and with virtually 100% accuracy to my usual speaking voice.I give them five stars all round. Because they are so obviously well-made and robust I have included five for durability, even though I haven’t had them for very long. Highly recommended.
