This worked so well as a refrigerator box for my medicine that I bought another one to use in my parlor for other sensitive items. Customer service is fantastic. When I misplaced my key they were kind enough to send me a replacement very quickly, free of charge. Highly recommended!

My kids were overusing their ipads and getting smart on how to overrride parental controls. I wanted a clear lock box to create an "ipad prison". I was looking for something clear (so i could easily spot if anyone messed with and took the ipads) and something with 4 digit combo vs 3 to decrease risk of easily figuring out the code - plus, most of our pins to other things are 4 digits so would be easier for my husband and I to remember :). This fit the bill, right price, and the key option was a nice added bonus...so i thought! Unfortunately, obvsiuly for the cost, the key lock can be easily jimmied with bobby pin, as my 9yo figured out. We remedied this by dabbing some super glue right inside the key hole. Made the key lock useless of course but took away kids ability to break in. Combination still works great. So since them, this has worked great for our needs. Three Ipads (each with slim case) fit in well, albeit at a bit of diagonal but no issue for us.

I am able to fit both of my kids tablets and their phones in this box with room to spare! The tablets have a case on them, and only fit in at a slight diagonal, but I don’t mind. There are holes on the side that a charging cord could fit through to charge the devices, though I have not used that feature. I like that you can change the lock combination easily (just in case kids guess the combo). The key feature is also very handy. My husband managed to loose the key five minutes after locking it the first night we got the product. I emailed the company asking if I could buy a replacement key. They were fast to respond and even sent me 2 replacement keys free of charge! Their communication was excellent and the product is wonderful. I would recommend this lock box to anybody in need of one!

The locker box itself is high quality and user friendly. I recommend it highly! I’m able to lock all the electronic devices I need to lock in there, including phones, regular iPad, my iPad Pro. But my husband's very large iPad Pro couldn’t fit in there. Please check the dimensions. But more importantly, I am extremely impressed with the service by this seller. Many months after purchase, I reached out to the seller because my 9 year old misplaced the key. I could still unlock it with the code but it’s inconvenient. The seller was extremely kind and went above and beyond working with me to help me solve the issue. I highly recommend this seller too!

Really love this box! People were stealing food/snacks/sodas at work and with some having a special diet, it can be quite upsetting to be hungry and finding your home cooked food and dish gone. It created much anxiety for me. I ordered the box and a zip tie lock to prevent removal from the fridge. Combo access is very helpful, and I’ve also been sharing my box with a couple people, so having a key too is the ultimate idea! I contacted customer service to request two extra keys and within a day, I heard back from Mark with a couple followup questions, and he has those keys in the mail now….. Yay!! I’m extremely happy to report that the Urban August box and Mark’s help have really been a blessing and a help to me!

The lock box itself is well made and feels sturdy. The combination lock works smoothly and feels secure, which is the main reason I’m keeping it. That said, it’s smaller than I expected.To give a reference, it fits inside a shoebox, and the front door opening is fairly small, which makes it a bit limiting if you’re trying to store a variety of items or larger containers. You may need to organize carefully or use smaller items to make everything fit comfortably. I bought these boxes because they had a key pad and a lock I’m very happy with them .. They are gifts for my daughters who have a child in the household who eats all the snacks .. I believe the locked boxes will help a lot ..

I use it to lock my fancy markers and remote control from my unruly children. It works perfectly. When the door is open they can see the code so beware! The good thing is that you can change it very easily! You can use it for candies, ps4 controller, switch lite, phone, paint, camping knives. Anything that you don’t want your smart little sneaky ones to grab behind your back. Medicine would be great too if you don’t have a safe place. I love that I can see inside without having to open it. If your children are well educated I am manifesting the Universe to provide you infinite amounts of cookies. Congratulations and reverence!
