I use this on my griddle on the stove and it's amazing. It's a little big for inside but I just love it. If they come up with a 10" I'm getting one of those too.

Good accessory
The metal is very thin but it has held up well with frequent use. In fact, it keeps falling off the shelf next to my griddle and hasn't been dented or bent. It's so lightweight that I was worried at first, but does its job well. Cleans easily.

This thing works great on the blackstone. I’ve had it for about 6 months now and use it regularly. It has yet to rust. Great build quality, size, lightweight, and easy to clean. Makes all your food cook evenly. Definitely recommend.

Not big enough for my girlfriends dog
I wanted to cook my girlfriends dog on the Blackstone and was thinking I could use this to trap the heat inside to decrease the required cooking time. To my surprise, it was a little bit small for that. It works PERFECTLY for melting cheese on smash burgers and egg sandwiches (both of which require the respective Blackstone accessories that I HIGHLY suggest you buy with this).
