A friend recommended this product and I decided to give it a try. Within 2 weeks of taking it the hot flashes started to happen less often, by week 3 they were all gone. I have been taking them for 3 months now and am happy with the results. I did have a slight discomfort in my stomach the first 2 days of taking it, but by day 3 it was all gone.

I’ve been taking Metagenics HerWellness Estrovera for a while, and it has definitely helped with menopause symptoms. I still get some warmth at night, but the frequency and intensity of hot flashes have noticeably decreased. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. It’s not a miracle cure, but it provides gentle, consistent relief. If you’re looking for a supplement to help manage hot flashes, this one is worth trying. Had issues with sleep and hormonal stuff. Not saying it's life changing so at once, but it is good for you. Recommend with water.
