Alligare Imazapyr 4 SL - 32oz

This is undoubtedly effective. We have a large amount of rock covered areas in our landscaping. Keeping the weeds away is always an expensive challenge. We've used a combination of preen and an all ground clearer sold at Home Depot. Since this product has the longer term active ingredient found in the hardware store and much more concentrated, I gave it a try.I used this product to mix the lowest concentration on the label and then sprayed all the areas as I normally have in the past. It did a fantastic job of killing and keeping away weeds for 3+ months. The only problem is it killed one of our smaller bushes. Also, in one area there is a grassy area at a lower level than the rocks. All the grass within 4 feet of the rocks was killed. I've never had that problem before. I can't really blame the product for this. The next time around, I'm going to mix the concentration down lower so that it is about the same as that recommended by the hardware store product. That should give me a good balance of killing weeds, not killing grass or bushes and cost savings. This product is concentrated enough that I expect it will last me 4-5 years.

I kill weeds over large areas to help with fire dangers. I start during dry periods in the early spring. After many more weeks, and now a couple months of added rain and sunshine, no weeds have regrown. I'm buying it again.

Good herbicide for treating stumps and sweetgum trees.

Product was received with a completely different bottle design, which is greatly improved and provides measuring and other options when using it, but an immediate and clear, simplified table of mixing ratios should've been upfront in the long-winded attached booklet. Will update if this products performs for my intended vegetative invasion (if not, it didn't).

I use this to mix with my regular weed killer - I usually mix a little on the heavy side - but by doing so it creates a true weed and “woody brush” killer - I usually spray twice per season along fence line and steep banks

This herbicide is completely useless! I spent over two hours spraying it in my backyard, but weeks later, the weeds are growing even thicker and healthier than before. It had zero effect. I want a refund.

I use a weed and grass killer from Tractor supply, added 1 oz/gallon of this to it, nothing has grown back in two months. Great stuff!

At least the rhizomes that got away, and that’s why I bought it. Just be careful there are no other roots around. I understand it will travel in the soil and kill other things.
