I had been using another brand of of selenium that recommended refrigeration and required pouring some into an accessible container so I could fit a measuring spoon into it to get the necessary amount. :( The BodyBio selenium is so easy to use--simply squeeze 3 drops into water. No refrigeration needed. And the price is reasonable. DEFINITELY recommend.

This is my second time to purchase this selenium. I always add 3 drops per 1 drop of iodine. I find the selenium basically flavorless. This is my go-to brand. Good value. I researched & compared different brands. My health has improved over the course of the year, but I also went keto carnivore 2 yrs ago.

I will like this product. It’s super easy to use, tasteless, and will last forever at all only 3 drops per serving. Get this to pair with iodine drops!

Very easy to use and the taste is not unpleasant! Had my hair tested and the results stated that I needed more Selenium than what was in my everyday vitamin. So I have added this to my vitamin list most days.

I normally took 3 drops at a time however this bottle pours out instead of 1 drop at a time making it difficult to count my drops
