It’s important to know not everything we see is necessarily good for us.I tried this product for two days and I had the worse headache I’ve had in my life,it came like a shock in my brain and when I stopped it,it left,my mom tried it and it made her sick,please do your research better.

If you buy these vitamins you can’t stop taking them at the time it got to expensive for me to keep up so I feel off, and my face broke out the worst I’ve ever seen it. It’s a good product but be prepared to get a subscription!!
