Great bway to mow the lawn

Awful mower! The battery has died so the mower doesn't work. When it did work, it would get stuck on any small bald patches in the grass and end up wheel spinning until it had dug up the ground. Would not recommend buying this. It looks great but that's about it... Absolute waste of money.

Makes a good job of keeping the lawn tidy, and fair value for money.Works best on smooth lawns, but my Flymo and Greenworks robot mowers can cope much better with ruts and undulations as the wheels are bigger.I find the app less user friendly than the others.Advise checking if replacement batteries are available before purchasing.

The media could not be loaded. This is a budget robot lawn mower which works! It will take some time to set up the boundary wire correctly and have the station installed in a shaded/protected area. I find the robot does not follow boundary wire right in the middle but slightly off set to the right, best to run the cable on top of the grass for a day and check how the robot behave before putting the cable down in the bround and fixing the station.The robot can handle uphill but it does not have good traction on bare grounds, I have to buy some turf and fill in all the bald patch as the wheel will free spin and start digging itself a bigger hole which is really annoying which my flymo robot did not have the same issue.The phone app works really well with this robot but there is no wifi with my version as it is the cheapest model, there is no rain sensor either. I opted for the automatic function where the app will work the lawn based on the size, just tell the app how big is the lawn and set the days and time you want it to run.It will randomly go around the lawn and trim at the height you set it to, I only need to go around with a trimmer once month to clear the edges where the robot did not reach. A must have for any one who is time strap or physically can't push a mower around the lawn.

First things first. The packaging was good and delivered in a timely manner. The wire and pegs were sufficient for our lawm (which I was sceptical about as although our lawn is not huge we do have a series of islands and curves). The spare connectors came in handy when the mower chopped through the wire due to me not pegging it down enough (I was too trying to save pegs but there was plenty of spare pegs so needn't have caused myself this grief).Had the mower operating for two months now. There were some initial teething problems e.g. tree root caused it to dig up the soil likewise when crossing the footpath there was at some points a bit of a step upto the lawn but the wheels could not get purchase on the paving stones. After a little thatch removal it operates really well. The lawn has never looked so good and not no clippings to get rid of. Truly wonderful.The only downside is the lawn edging to the border. The instructions say lay the wire 30cm from the edge but if you do that you end up with long grass growing where ithe mower does not reach. We solved this by by laying a block paving border to the lawn and as the blocks are 20cm if you lay the wire on the lawnside next to the block like we did you do not need to cut the untidy bits giving us a lovely easy care lawn. This is the most useful item I have ever purchased and cannot recommend it enough and has replaced a 19" petrol mower that was heavy and continually had to have the grass collector emptied. The above was my initial review and after a year the mower refuses to operate contacted customer service and their response was to view clips on you tube for advice so a big disappointment

Most of the buttons on the mower stopped working after a year, leaving it unusable. The app is also terrible, most of the functionality doesn't work.

This robot gets the job done, but be aware the robot doesn't have rain sensor so you will have to manually stop it when it is raining unless you don't mind the robot cutting the grass while it is raining. Apart from that the app has some issues, so far I haven't been able to set the schedule using the app and it only works when I press the 3H or 6H button in the robot. In general pretty happy with this robot considering it is one of the cheapest on the market.

First one stopped working very fast so we spent a lot of time getting it replaced; the second one developed a fault almost immediately. It's now 11 working days since it was returned and still no refund from Amazon. Very poor service all round, will not purchase a large item from Amazon again.
