Note: review for large size bought as advised by sizes in description, with an edit at the end for a medium size Have recently bought 3 different makes of shoulder braces, various prices, kept this one because of best fit and support (see rest of review) and had to send the other two (blue, more expensive) back because of poor fit/support on shoulder and hard velcro digging into the skin. Plus this brace was the only one of the three that gave option of adjusting the brace at the back as well as the front strap to enable the shoulder compression and support to be pulled back slightly instead of slumping forward - unlike the ones with only front fastening options. It is also, of the three braces I bought, the cheapest and best value for money. I am wearing this brace to hold my shoulder in position at night to help reduce this, and to my great delight the pain relief has been noticeable. (My reason for wearing it at night is as follows: I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my shoulder (inflammation trapping nerves, causing pain and numbness down my arm as well) and have not had a full night's sleep in over 6 months because of the pain when my shoulder moved forward, which causes me to awaken in absolute agony, almost in tears. Steroid injection doesn't appear to be working very well.) Back to the review, I got the large (being a large chested lady) but I am thinking of buying a medium as well - there was a very generous amount of material on the strap and I think I may be able to use the medium and still fasten the brace without it being too small. Worn over a light t shirt, I didn't use it with the strap going under my arm (too uncomfortable for me with my large chest) as shown in the photos, I applied it going under the boob and then up between the boobs (I appreciate this option isn't available for those without actual breasts/boobies 😁). This was actually quite comfortable for me, and if I had to wear it during the day whilst wearing a bra (which I tried for the first few days) it's even more comfortable. Actually gave the look of a "lifting and separating" bra 🤣. This way of wearing it had the benefit of improving the fit of the brace and slightly increasing the compression on my shoulder, which was actually quite helpful. Under a jumper/hoodie or cardigan, no one needs know you are wearing it because it's not that obvious. The extra patch on the shoulder can be used to either increase compression on the shoulder and/or hold a heat/cold gel pack in place if desired. I personally found the neoprene generated warmth to my joint - have to say that I am not sure how comfortable that will be if the weather's very warm and you need to wear it. It does have that neoprene smell when you first use it. But I know from experience that smell will diminish with use (hubby does scuba diving so he has a diving suit and neoprene gloves). Most, if not all, of these braces appear to be made of neoprene so I don't think you can avoid that smell - sorry. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, value for money and very happy that it proved to be so helpful in providing relief for my shoulder/arm and improving my quality of sleep after so long. Edit: have since bought the medium one, same size on the arm but much smaller on the strap. This means I can wear it with the same support on the shoulder without having to draw the strap as shown in the photos. Probably much more preferable for some.

Nice and comfortable considering its a strap, im a a size 8 to 10 and a small fits ok. works well and has gone a long way to easing some of the constant pain i have and yes i have slep in it with no problems.

Overall, it's a 3*. The reasons for this are as follows:- 1. The original securing strap (around the chest) was slightly too big for me. I overcame this problem by using a different, slightly smaller strap. 2. I found that when worn on either shoulder, left/right, a small amount of adjustment is still needed for a secure fit. That said, it is comfortable to wear - the material seems to be of good quality and so no problem there. the Cuff provides a secure and comfortable fit, and the fastener is strong enough not to keep coming undone, compared to others that I have had. A few minor adjustments/alterations DURING MANUFACTURE, and it would be absolutely ok. It is still GOOD.

Really worth the money ,super product . Well made . Comfortable . Easy to adjust . Wash able . Has a part for heat or ice packs . Can wear on both left and right shoulder . Comfort is great ,can wear all day without it riding or slipping . Fantastic support . I wore it for 2 weeks with a rotory cuff tear. Finally some pain free days . Since I have been wearing it to bed ,I've had no pain and have cut down on steroids injections to cure the pain . Highly recommended . Great product great quality for price

It is such an awesome product . Finally got some relief from my pain because of frozen shoulder . It snugs your shoulder really nice so helps to heal your shoulder but at the same time doesn’t restrict your movement really helpful . I strongly recommend that anyone who has pain in their shoulder should try it at least one, just remember this brace doesn't heal you. It supports your shoulder and prevents excessive movement so your body can heal itself while you don't do anything daft. Based on my use happy to recommend

This support has been good, it’s nice that it is a gel support. I am quite a small person so it would be better for me if it came in different sizes. It certainly does the job😀👍

Got this to try and help with a shoulder injury from exercise, but does not really help due to lack of support and compression. Tried adjusting numerous times but seems that due to poor design this is simply not really fit for purpose. The only positives that I could say is that it is relatively comfortable if put on over a shirt (but not on bare skin) and fairly easy to put on and adjust. Negatives though make the above moot as does not provide sufficient support, compression or shape to be of any useful effectiveness. Would not recommend this or anything of similar flawed design. Would suggest avoiding this and looking for something of better quality that will provide more effective support.

I am sure this is good for guys but I just didn't get any comfort or pain relief. I am female and have an ample bust and this support did not sit well on my body. It simply was not comfortable to wear and I did not understand how it was supposed to help once I tried it on. Furthermore , it didn't look good under my clothing. It might just be user error, but I can't recommend this item.

Il tutore fa il suo lavoro e fornisce un supporto alla stabilizzazione della spalla. Probabilmente è più utile per i casi di lussazione o sub-lussazione, in tutti gli altri casi potrebbe non avere tutta questa utilità. Io ho sofferto di tenosinovite al capolungo del bicipite e mi ha dato solo fastidio. Nessun supporto e nessun beneficio apprezzabile.

Ho acquistato questa fascia per giocare a tennis, calza bene ma forse non adatta a fare sport perchè si sposta durante i repentini movimenti.

La fascia sembra di buona qualità, e si regola abbastanza bene. Se si usa durante un lavoro movimentato tende a muoversi, e sopratutto il materiale in neoprene fa sudare. Molto meglio usarla a riposo..
