Notes LondonEco A5 Notebook with Lined Pages, Pen Loop, Ribbon, Date Marks and Paper Pocket, Medium Hardback Journal, Note, sustainably sourced paper (Blue)

I tried this notebook as an alternative to the Amazon Brand Eono Notebook, since Amazon seem to be discontinuing the Eono notebook and encouraging Notes of London as an alternative. I quickly noticed when I began to use it that the paper was of a much poorer quality - it’s very thin and the ink bleeds through very visibly. That makes it very hard to read what has been written. The quality of the paper also makes it much easier to accidentally turn over two pages instead of one, unintentionally leaving blank pages. Perhaps that’s why I got through this notebook in a month, whereas other A5 notebooks usually take me 2 months to get through. The notebook is fine otherwise, the colour was as pictured, the holder for the pen and the ribbon both did their job, but the poor quality of the paper was a real letdown. I definitely won’t be buying this brand again.

I have been using Moleskine notebooks for years, but let’s face it, they aren’t not cheap. I saw these and at the price it was no brainer to try. Very glad I did. Sturdy, attractive and great colours!

It's a good notebook, a5 and just perfect for my daughter to write her bedtime thoughts in.

Decent notebook

Bought for the colour which l like, clear and bright like a good quality marmalade. Useful pen loop and elastic closure if needed. Cover is smooth to touch

I love this notebook! It’s well made and durable yet soft to the touch and easy to work in.I like the additions of the place holder ribbon and the pen holder, which means I don’t have to go hunting in my bag for a pen.The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the colour shown was more green in the picture but is more of a pale blue in reality. Still a lovely colour but not representative of what is shown.
