Uncomfortable and awkward to use. Slides to much. Stopped working after warranty was up or I would have returned it..

Relieved the pain

I really thought this device was going to help with neck strain and fatigue, but I really did not like this device at all. I used the auto setting and found it to be painful instead of soothing. There is no cushion for your neck to rest in, and instead you rest on a hard plastic surface that jabs you into the neck as the weight of your head is pushed upwards. This upward motion pushes the neck upward without supporting the head. This causes discomfort and pain. There is some vibration and heat, but that does not compensate for the "massaging" feature of the device. This device may work for others really well as seen on other reviews, but as for me, I will not be using it on a regular basis.

This has several settings that take some experimenting with to figure out what works best for you. It also has an auto mode that combines all of the settings into one fabulous 15-minute treatment. I spend a good part of my day at my computer and twisting to look at source documents on my desk, and I hold a lot of tension in my neck. This device does wonders for that. I settle in, turn it on, and meditate while it massages, pulses, stretches. My massage therapist tells me I should be more disciplined about using it daily, but I tend to wait until my neck and shoulders are screaming. Comes well-packaged with clear instructions.

This unit was comfortable for use. The heat felt great, and the traction was cool. It gives you enough elevation for the stretch to really happen. The remote control has the pump in it so you don't have the pump on the device right next to your ear. I haven't tried the electrotherapy part yet so I can't comment on that.

This device is excellent for relieving neck/shoulder pain. It does take a little bit of tinkering with it to find the right position etc but once you do, it works effectively. Obviously it won't take the place of a good massage therapist, but it more than does the job for everyday use etc.

This product gives me the same relief as a chiropractor or physical therapy session. After years of neck and upper back pain and having tried what seems like everything on the market, I’m glad to have found this product. It stretches really well and I feel like my posture is better afterwards too which is an added bonus I never thought about.
