They work well, and they're really bright!
This review is for the 4' 32W 5000K bulb with a single strip of LEDs and a clear cover. They work. Bypassing (removing) the old fluorescent ballast is straight forward.I strongly prefer the dual-end wiring (like these) where one end of the fixture is line-hot, and the other end is line-neutral. It also happens to be the easiest way to rewire the fixtures I have. These are the only 32W lamps I've run across, and they are delightfully bright. Much brighter than the common 18-22W LEDs or the 32W fluorescents they are replacing. They are a little flimsier, both the plastic shell and the aluminum back, than other LEDs I've used, and they weigh about 20% less. I don't see this as a problem though as they're only getting installed once, not being roughly handled many times. I'm pretty sure my UPS driver could cheerfully fold a package of one or two of these in half, but the tightly boxed 12-pack was plenty sturdy enough to withstand him. They only come with a clear lens, if they came frosted I'd recommend that. Even with a pebble/prism diffuser they're bright enough to have a little glare. I wouldn't want them in an uncovered shop light.I'd really like it if they came in a 4000K frosted model, but I'll happily go with 5000k clear to get the extra light offered.Great LED lamps for retrofitting old fluorescent fixtures!

Bulbs all duds!
I've had my ballasts changed over to LED compat6by an electrician over 4 years ago. They have worked fine. Even with switching then out to renew order ones. But when I had these out it, they completely didn't work at all. I've heard of duds now and then, but for an entire box? Seems odd. I had couple extra LEDs of my previous style still available, I popped those in and they worked fine. Unfortunately these new LEDs did not! Not to mention they messed with all the electronics and cameras in my business. These lights are in a business sign, not even close to my electrical gear. Yet here we are, having. To hire a professional to now fox everything that these lights did. Not only did we end up dark on our busiest of days for sales, but we ended up without many other important items to run this business. I'm not one to leave many reviews, but just be weary of the way these lights are made. My electrician took one apart to see the wiring inside of them. And he said it was janky. So not sure what else I can say ....other than we lost a ton of money and our store front looked pitch black and we were very dissatisfied. Could be a bad batch, but it's very odd.

Awesome - Easy retrofit - well packaged for shipment - 12 /12 worked - nice BRIGHT clean white light
My garage / workshop utilizes 3 ceiling mounted light fixturess of 4 fluorescent tubes each. The ballast failed on one of the fixtures, so I decided to retrofit it to LED with these tubes. Having easily retrofitted one fixture it looked SO bright in comparison to the two conventional fixtures that I decided I might as well retrofit those two as well - took about 30 minutes for each fixture. Now my garage / workshop is super well brightly illumintaed. I am really very pleased with the ease of retrofit and the resulting clear bright environment from these tubes. Highly recommended.

Bright but slight lag on startup
These are brighter than my old fluorescent tubes and I like the higher color temp. Rewiring takes 30 minutes or so per fixture. Only concern I have, and the reason I docked a star, is that there is about a 1/2 second lag from when I hit the switch to when these turn on. It’s a problem I can live with for the better quality light in my garage shop and bays but I would not install these in my kitchen.

Awesome Bulbs!
I bought these for my garage. They produced a bright white light with no blue tint. They came in a not so sturdy box but none of them were damaged. No instructions were included but they were very easy to install. There are many videos on YouTube on how to bypass the ballast. They seem to be well constructed. I installed one clip in the center to keep them from sagging. The double row of LED's in a "V" pattern are awesome. They disperse the light much better. I have another set of double row LED lights but flat and they are not as good. I have 10 - 8 foot bulbs and 4 - 4 foot bulbs in a 20x20 garage and it's stupid bright. I love these bulbs and will be buying more for another shop. They do not make any noise, hum or flicker and there is zero interference with my stereo. Don't hesitate to buy these.

Read this first!
First, my order did come with instructions! Too bad I did not find them before I started :-) it would have saved me a lot of time. It’s really simple, choose a side of the light fixture and wire it for load (black wire) then the opposite side will be wired to be neutral (white wire). Now for some details. Yes each light has two post on each end. But the two posts are connected inside the light so you Do Not Need to wire both side of a tombstone support. Those are the plastic supports which hold the light bulb in place. If you have a two light bulb fixture like I did, I just ran the black load wire to one tombstone, then ran a black jumper wire to the other tombstone next to the first. Did the same on the neutral side. Now install the bulbs and you are done. Did I mention you need to cut out the ballast first? Well, that is why you purchased these right? Just cut the wires close to the ballast and you can use some of those wires if you want but I removed 80% of the wiring because it was no longer needed.

Bright, but low quality, failed in only about 2700 hours!
They are really bright. However, the durability is super super low. Their claim of "Average Life: 50,000 hours" is a big joke! I purchased and installed 12 of them in August 2023, but 2 of them already died (June 2024)! The total hours that I have used is only about 2700 hours. Yes, 27 HUNDRED hours versus their claimed 50 thousand hours. If your roof is not that high and you don't mind of replacing them every year, it is fine. Otherwise, absolutely avoid it!
