Taste Bad, Smells Bad but good 4 overall HEALTH
I chew all of my vitamins. Due to having ptsd from seeing my mom and lil brother get chocked when I was younger, this taste of this vitamin of terrible but I can’t say if it works or not because I just ordered it this week and took one so far, will keep you guys updated if I see any difference in my hair.

I have purchased this several times over the years. Tablets are thinner than the store bought ones, which is good. Tablets are also pressed a bit more so there isn't a lot of powder residue.
