Exactly as described. Just works.
Cost effective and just works. I'm daisy chaining a switch to supply outdoor POE cameras and wanted to isolate it from the rest of the network in case of a lightning strike.

works well in Arista switch
The media could not be loaded. nice cheap solution for 10Gb connections into an arista switch port. Linked light immediately and worked as expected

So much cooler then SFP+ modules
I have this connecting my Omada ER8411 to my TPLink SG3428XMP Core Switch and it runs so cool. I replaced a TPLink 10G SFP+ module which runs burning hot. But to be honest I've found most SFP+ ethernet modules do that regardless of brand.

Works well!
This cable worked perfectly for my purposes of connecting two pieces of UniFi equipment (UDM-PRO and UNVR) together. I did have to set the port on the UNVR to 1 Gpbs manually (to match the UDM-PRO; the UNVR could do 10), which I learned from reading other reviews first (thanks!).

Might work for you
I couldn't get these to work in my network setup. After searching online, I found people had to reprogram these to make them work in like setups. I never bought the reprogramming device, so never got them working. I ended up just buying a different one that worked. The quality of the build seems nice though.
