Love my new water bottle
I had a great quality water bottle I got from a new job that I was using for a couple years and had no desire to get a new one. Until my roommate bought a fruit infused one and made me want one too. I usually use a fruit infused pitcher but thought it might be more handy just putting it in a water bottle and going. Since I got this, it has been! I try to drink a lot of water everyday, some days I'm better at it than others. But this has really helped me drink a lot more! It's so much easier drinking fruit infused water as opposed to regular water... So I looked online to find the best one and found these! I liked the way they looked, they had great reviews and the price was decent. I bought the pink and the black one... only because I wanted the black and for some reason they didn't sell the black by itself. I gave the pink one to my sister and we both LOVE them! The price is great, the quality is great. I love the stainless steel ring around the top to make it look extra classy :) I love the sleek look of it. It fits nicely in my hand... not too wide or awkward. I don't really use the insulating holder so I can't say whether it helps keep it cold for longer or not... I'm sure it does help. You do have to cut up the fruit pretty small to fit in the infuser part because it's pretty narrow, but that's okay because I think it releases more juice that way and it's also taller than other infusers I've seen so it rises more up to the top. I love how the lid of the opening smoothly glides backwards and clips in place to securely hold it back. At first I thought it was a great idea to have the fruit on the bottom but then I realized it doesn't really matter because you still have to shake the water up anyway to get the top of the water infused with the flavor. The other drawback is you can't replace the fruit if there's any water still in it so you have to empty out the whole thing and then unscrew the bottom to replace the fruit. It's fine. Not that big of a deal. Overall, I absolutely love my new water bottle and now my mom is eying it and wants one too! On a side note, I usually just do lemons, or lemons, cucumber and mint in my water. But I just tried the combination of strawberries, cucumber and lime which tastes delicious and looks really pretty! It does turn your water pink which I worried might stain the bottle, but so far it hasn't! I've only had it for a couple weeks but so far so good! I would absolutely recommend buying this! So happy it's helping me drink more water now!

Great product and company to deal with
The bottles are really well made, very easy to clean by hand and the infusions we have come up with taste really awesome with no sugar added (i.e.: pineapple, mango, strawberry and some mint leaves). We still need to evaluate the long term health benefits of these drinks, but so far, my wife and I are using this for our daily water intake, because the water is so tasty and feels more refreshing than plain water. We are filling the bottles at night and leave them in the fridge overnight. We use each batch of fruits a maximum of 3 times on each bottle (3 water refills) and let them sit at least between 30 to 45 mins after each refill. Part of the flavor comes out when you shake the bottle before drinking, and with the top cap closed we have experienced no spillage (this was one of my main concerns when buying this product). We just make sure every time we wash them that the rubber seals on each end of the bottles are properly seated in their corresponding grooves. When I tried to register my product in order to get the ebook with the infusion recipes, their online system would not accept the entry with my purchase data, so I contacted them via email and got a reply and a solution to the issue on the same day. Excellent customer service. Update 06/15/2016 Our 8 yr old daughter saw our infusion bottles with the friuits inside and asked if she could try a sip. She liked it a lot and wanted a bottle of her own, so we thought this would be a healthy way to keep her interest on fruits, so we got her one. She's had it for over a week now and drinks this on a daily basis and really loves it. We even give her infused water as her drink to accompany at least one of her daily meals. When we go out for long drives in the car, we empty the infused water into a thermo bottle, add a few ice cubes and that keeps it cool throughout the day. We found it is even easier if we use frozen fruit chunks, cut into smaller pieces so we can pack the infuser filter with more fruits. Frozen fruit are really easy to cut and are less messy (the juices are not coming out until the fruit is in the infuser basket, in the water) and also we can freeze those last pieces of fruit we buy at the grocery store or farmers market, before they go bad and use them for our fruit infused waters. We are really happy with this purchase.

Nice product!
Good quality for the money. I bought the two set. Was concerned about possible leaking at the bottom, reading the reviews. No problem at all with that. Nothing to do with design or quality. If you don't screw on the bottom properly, it will of course leak. Nothing difficult or weird about screwing on the bottom. You just make sure. Yes, you have to flip back the cap completely not to have it stuck in your nose. Again, not a problem with the design or anything awkward about it. There is a "seating" place for the top cap on the lid top so it fits nicely back there. Quick delivery in good packing. Customer service query was fast and polite. I had missed there were materials for how you could download a PDF recipe book. Wrote then that I had thrown out all those papers without noting that. They kindly gave me instruction on how to download at their website in registering the product. The only minor drawback is that I am not exactly "easy" on items like this. Am concerned how well the plastic flip cover and the plastic bottle might hold up over the long haul. I drop and accidentally bang things! I would pay a bit more for a model where the flip cap at least is metal. The insulating sleeves are good but work only so well of course in really hot weather. The plastic bottle is just that. No insulation. Again, would be willing to pay more money for a model that might use metal or even thicker plastic bottle. Really enjoy the design where fruit filter is from the bottom up. Handy design for removal and keeps the flavor going to the last little swallow. Size of bottle is good for fitting into a regular sized cup holder. However, I would also be interested in a larger model (this one holds 24 oz).

Easy to Fill, Drink, Clean.... and No Leaks!
This is the perfect infusion bottle: everything I've been looking for! * The infusion basket is at the bottom, so your water is constantly being flavored. With the basket at the top on my old bottle, once half the water was gone, the rest didn't get any flavor except a quick flow through the fruit on the way out of the bottle. Much tastier now! * Leak proof. The downside of the bottom basket is that there are more seals which could possibly leak, but none have. After a week's worth of daily use, I am confident enough to throw the bottle into my work bag in the morning and not worry about leaks. * Easy to clean. It's top-rack dishwasher safe though I've been washing it by hand every night, which is super easy since the top and bottom both come off. * Easy to fill. The infusion basket of my last bottle had a rounded bottom. To fill it, you had to hold the basket with one hand and fill it with the other. This basket, however, has a flat bottom. I can set it on the cutting board as I cut the fruit and drop it right it. Seems like a little thing, but it makes the job much easier! * Stays cold. I wasn't looking for this feature, but the rubbery sleeve keeps my water cold, as well as preventing sweat on the bottle and providing some cushion should you drop it. * Easy to drink from. One of the reviews mentioned that the flip lid gets in the way while drinking. When I first tried the bottle, I agreed and was disappointed. The seller contacted me to see how I liked the bottle and I mentioned the cap getting in the way. They suggested making sure the cap was pushed back all the way and, sure enough, I hadn't pushed it back far enough - have no idea why I hadn't pushed it farther back before except that I'd read that review. Now, the bottle is easy to drink from! Yay, customer service!!! The only possible improvement I can think of: a clip on the handle so you wouldn't need a separate carabiner to connect it to your bag. Tips: * Favorite drink: oranges (peeled and sliced) with a drop of vanilla * For air travel: Bring the empty bottle with your sliced fruit in a baggie. Fill the basket with fruit and the bottle with water once you go through security.

Wonderful Water bottle; Broke in less than a month
I loved this water bottle! I got a two pack for Christmas. I have used them with strawberries & lemon, mango& lemon, and lemon w/ a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a (small) pinch of cayenne pepper. So many delicious flavor options and it is colorful & beautiful! (Which is so important in a cold, dark winter!) It does have five parts to the water bottle plus two silicone rings to fit in the top lid and bottom lid. So be sure to keep track of your parts! A couple of weeks ago my black one fell and the little clip which holds it shut, broke right off. I can't use it at all since there is no way to keep it shut. I looked at my pink one and the clip is also broken! I have been babying it along and being gentle, so it is still working two weeks later, but how long will that last? Both of them broke after less than a month of normal use! I am frustrated that they didn't have a more flexible material for the lid clip. Can't you make it from some kind of Silicone?

Customer Service is top notch!
I will make this review as detailed as possible to help others with their purchase decision. This bottle has finally solved the problem where the plastic holder that holds the fruits actually touches the bottom of the bottle. I liked this bottle so much that I purchased 3 bottles total! I actually gave out two of them to friends since I had spares. I had an unfortunate event where after just a few days of use, the bottom lid (which is removable) kept leaking water. Under the circumstances that I sealed the bottle as tight as I possibly could, the leak would stop. But it made the clean up process a pain in the ass and made the removal process difficult too. Which brings me to the explanation to my headline choice. Straight out of the box, a small paper says if you have any problems, please contact them before leaving negative feedback. I figure the bottom lid shouldn't take all my might to seal, so I contacted them and told them about my issue. They responded very quickly, and told me to make sure the rubber gasket on the bottom is secure. I confirmed that it was secured, so they sent me out a replacement bottle and I received it the next business day! I returned the defective bottle so they can see where the defect was to make sure it will not be a reoccurring problem. So if you have any issues, take my word for it and don't hesitate to contact the owner and he will do anything to make things right! Which brings me to the final conclusion. Look no further, this bottle is perfect. Just for the record, the replacement bottle works as advertised. And closing the bottom lid is effortless compared to the defective bottle I previously had. No leaks from the bottom at all. I get compliments all the time about where I got the bottle. My only suggestion to the owner is to make more colors available. At the time of this review, the only colors available are white, black, and lime green.

I loved this product SO much that I've already re-ordered more as gifts!
To appreciate my review, please understand two things about myself: 1). I love fruit; 2). I hate water. However, in an attempt to get healthier (I am quite overweight), I wanted to try lowering my consumption of Diet Coke. I've tried many alternatives (flavored seltzer waters, unsweetened ice tea, etc.) but hadn't found a "taste" that I enjoyed beyond a few days. Thus, when I saw this product online, I decided to give it a try. It's now been about three weeks since my first two-pack of bottles arrived, and I've enjoyed the product so much that I've already bought another two-pack and given the bottles away as gifts to friends. I've put raspberries, strawberries, mango, watermelon, and cucumbers into my Infusion Pro (individually, not together) and have enjoyed each new taste. Some fruits impart more flavor than others, but all impart at least enough flavor to turn what had previously been a bland, boring taste (which is why I never drank water) into something pleasant. I think the bottle is well-made, easy to take apart and re-assemble, easy to clean, and it doesn't leak. While the bottle lists a capacity of 24 ounces of water, in reality it holds about 17 ounces of water if the fruit container is fairly full and you add some ice at the top of the bottle. (It doesn't hold a lot of ice......maybe the equivalent of about two or three cubes.) It probably holds 24 ounces of water without the fruit or ice, but then it really isn't an infuser, right? I use only bottled spring water in my bottle because I'm not crazy about the taste of my tap water, but at 11 cents for a 16.9 ounce bottle of water, it's still a lot cheaper than soda. The fruit lasts a full day in a water bottle (I keep refilling the water bottle with the same fruit in the infuser throughout the day.) However, you pretty much have to throw the fruit away at the end of the day because it begins getting funky-tasting if it sits in water too long. I can honestly say that I've consumed more water in the past three weeks than I did at any other point in my 53-year life, and I've also consumed less Diet Coke than I have in years for a three-week period. My weight hasn't changed much, but I figure that over time, water HAS to be healthier for me than Diet Coke. (I still have Diet Coke, but I've gone from 2-3 cans per day to about 5 cans per week.)

Great Idea... But needs to go back to the drawing board.
I so wanted to like these bottles.... But after several months of use I ended up tossing them out. The infusion system is a good idea - just poor materials/workmanship. In this system BOTH the top and bottom portions unscrew. The bottom lid is where the infuser cylinder is unscrewed, filled with fruits and then screwed back onto the base. Then the base is reattached to the bottle. There is a flat rubberized o-ring inside the base that is supposed to seal and prevent leaks. It didn't work very well and the bottle basically leaked from day one. I STILL wanted to like this unit so much that I just always made sure I had a paper towel wrapped around the bottom but over time the o-ring seemed to "shrink" - to the point where it no longer fit in the lower lid. This made the bottle completely unusable. The design of the top lid was awful! The pop up lid constantly hits you in the face if you have to tip the bottle up at all. Why not just turn the bottle so the cap is off to the side you ask? Because the opening is oblong - not round - so your mouth is open wider than natural and water just spills out of your mouth every time you try to take a sip. Especially if you are walking or running while trying to drink! Like I said I loved the idea of loading fruit from the base so it was always in the water, but from an engineering standpoint this item needs to go back to the drawing board. All of this being said, if this company improved upon the design and addressed the cap/opening issue, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another with the hope that it would do everything I had hoped!
