N/aScenic Routes Around the World: Complete Series

I really really like documentaries about animals and places. This will be so great! Thanks.

There was nothing "scenic" about it. In fact the scenery was boring, concentrating on continual interviews with various people who talked about the political histories of their countries. Who ever put this together knew nothing about photographing a beautiful landscape or capturing the color in a garden. It was a news documentary, and although informative was not at all what the "Scenic Views" title seemed to imply. It finally gave me a headache, and I turned it off.

I purchased a number of DVD Collections to make up for my inability to travel to many locations. I thought these would be more oriented to the actual scenic material in the locations traveled. Although I have not completed the entire series, so far I have been disappointed that the film is more oriented to people than the views of the area being traversed.

I own hundreds of DVD travel documentaries which I use to travel the world from the safety of my arm chair or exercycle. The combination of stunning scenery and authentic interviews makes this the best value for money I have purchased in years.

The English audio track is poorly dubbed. You cannot hear the speaker's voice. I had to turn on subtitles and leave the volume down.

I rented this at the library and boy did I learn a lot about different countries. I may come back here and buy it here as it is at a great price. Sit down with your kids and watch it with them. They will love it too!!!-

Visually appealing. Odd narrative. And apparently the USA doesn't have a scenic route to be found
