I needed a grommet machine since I print a lot of banners and signs. I’m a graphic designer and I make signs and banners for people. I’ve had a few customers ask me if I was able to put something on their banners to make it easy to hang the banners. So I ordered this and it has worked out great. I mounted it to a flat table top that I have in my garage next to my sign printer and I love it. It’s super easy to use and was easy to mount to the table top. The grommet machine already came with a few pre drilled holes that I was able to use to screw It to the table top. It’s made with a strong die cast metal so it’s super durable. The long handles give you great leverage to press the grommets and the spring is solid to return the lever up making using the press effortless. It comes with 3 different die/grommet sizes which is great because the sizes of the signs I print vary. The great part about it is that it actually makes the whole and sets the grommet in place all at the same time which makes it a big time saver. This is definitely improved my set up and I am happy with my purchase

This grommet press feels like a true workshop tool — heavy, solid, and built to last. Works great ! Saves time ! Good heavy quality ! This is the 3rd grommet machine I have tried. This is a winner. I use it mainly on thick fabrics.

Heavy Duty and works like a dream!

the product is good, a little hard to work but I am not a young man any more either. Its going to make my crafting so much easier.

Yeah this thing is actually awesome. It is built like a tank, cast iron body, dies are machined well and are sharp. I used this on heavy fencing clothing make of layers of cotton, poly, and even Kevlar, and it punched through really well. Comes with hundreds of grommets in 1/4,3/8,1/2” sizes. Gold and silver color. This is a serious machine for the price, which isn’t cheap, but it doesn’t feel like a toy. This is a real workhorse product that’s easy to use over and over under high pressure.

This machine seemed like a great deal. I put it together as instructed and after a few uses noticed that the grommets were not seating correctly. Noticed that on the 6mm insert for the 1/4 " grommets that the part was stuck up in the body making it useless. Now we have a nice blue paper weight.

This is metric so you are a little limited to the 3 sizes it comes with. The top bolt screw is M8(8mm) so you’ll need to find die that are M8. It’s a little challenging finding die that aren’t imperial in the US but I wound up finding a shop that sells a lot of different die that fit this press on AliExpress. It took a bit trying to get them to fit. I had to remove everything out of the bottom and the inner washer/bracket?? It was really in there so a flathead and a mallet were needed to get it out. It works great now that I got that part out and I’m looking forward to doing rivets, snaps, buttons, etc.

I am very pleased with my press. It’s very high quality. It comes with lots of grommets in different sizes . It works perfectly. I’m SO happy ! I bought this press to attach rivets. I purchased the rivet dies below. They fit perfectly with this press. You have to remove the silver grommet adapter before you put the rivet die in the bottom. If you don’t they won’t fit.
