My partner snores very loud, I have tried many types of ear plugs and have found these are the most effective. They don't block out 100% of the noise but they certainly dull down the sound and make it easier to fall asleep. I have purchased these many many times, great value for money. They fit the ear perfectly also and don't fall out.

Very good for sleeping

These earplugs are ace - I get a few days use out of them to block the snoring of the wife. Just squeeze the ends of them into a point, pull your ear up and put them in. Only issue is I sleep through the alarm quite a lot with them in and get an elbow in the back from the snore machine. I'm on my 4th box of these now, very comfortable & easy to use

This is a different brand than my usual but kinda liked the colour and needed some new ones so purchased some. They do work but seem to make my ear canal ache, sSo not sure...Maybe it's my ears? Maybe use my previous style. But they do work but not for me.

A must buy if you’re looking For decent earplugs. Very soft foam which can be compressed to insert into ear. Hold it in place until it has expand again, which could take several seconds as it can compress and moulded so tightly. I have an average to larger size ear canal and these fit perfectly. It doesn’t block out every sound but it definitely helps if you struggle with loud noises or high pitch sounds.I struggle with anxiety and it definitely helps me feel calmer from sudden loud noises. I can still hear noises around me, but lowers high pitch sounds.I have tried ‘Calmer’ earplugs and they are a joke compared to these. Re usable.The only thing I would have liked (but this is nitpicking as I can buy separately) is a storage container to hold the pair which is being used.

Will not stay in the ear.Painful to insert and remove.When in place very little noise reduction.

Finally I can get a good nights sleep. There is practically no noise where I sleep. But something about having ear plugs in gives me an amazing night sleep when I usually toss and turn.These earplugs are very comfortable and produce complete silence. Unlike other earplugs I’ve used where you can hear them rustling in your ears or hear your own hearbeat. With these all you hear is silence.It’s been years since I went to bed and slept through the whole night but it’s a regular occurrence since I started using these. They’ve been life changing. My sleep is better and because of that my mood, concentration, energy and performance have all improved.

Quite comfortable and cut out a lot of noise, ie partner snoring. Down side is that they can fall out during sleep when turning over, but the best I’ve found so far.
