Fits and works like a charm
These are nice tuners. They feel and look great, especially for the price. They’re a little stiff, with other tuners from this brand, but it works out nice as it holds tuning decently. They’re a perfect fit on my Epiphone Les Paul, with the exact dimensions, key size, and even the screws that came with hold up nice. I didn’t put strings on yet, but overall, these are good quality.

Good quality, excellent value
These were exact replacement for old, worn out tuners on a second hand, low end beginner guitar. These seem to hold tuning well with new, medium gauge strings. Easily worth the modest price. I'd buy again.

Nice tuners
Good quality, unfortunately they didn’t work for my Applause, but I’m having a really hard time finding the right ones for my guitar! Thankx for your nice product. ✌️

Works fine inexpensive
My sister bought me a cheap classical guitar on the street in Spain in1978. Flew back with it. When I tried to restring the last time the tuner rollers (white plastic) basically cracked and fell apart. So this item-showed up the day after I ordered it. Looks fine. The big tuner holes lined up perfectly (I measured ahead of time and guitar seemed to match the diagram).Of the 8 screw holes, 4 matched up perfectly, 4 were a little off. I was able to catch the offline ones and drive the screws fine. These ain’t fine quality machine screws-I would suggest lightly oiling the gears, and waxing (I used bar soap) just the ends of the rollers so they turn more smoothly where they contact the wood. I did this and it seemed to work ok. Tuned up and playable again!So- a very cheap instrument with a lot of sentimental value. Well worth the $12.00 to get it up and running. Recommend. Make sure to take some measurements and check the diagrams for the tuners you order

Keeps the guitar well tuned!!
I've got a lot of guitars and I just recently bought new machine heads for all of my guitars. I just came across this style and I was pleasantly surprised to realize that these Saphue machine heads actually keep my guitar in better tune than all the other locking machine heads which I bought and installed on my other guitars. I have no idea why the other machine heads I purchased are not as good as these which I just installed. These Saphue machine heads say they are not locking machine heads but, I honestly can not tell that they are not locking being they work so well. In fact, I feel like returning the other more expensive locking machine heads because these work better and feel better. My guitar stays in tune better than the locking machine heads I installed on my other guitars. I love these and they turn so well and feel so good. They are easy to install as well. But, being fair, they are all easy to install. These may be somewhat easier only because compared to the others I bought, these do not have some of the components which the others have. All in all, these are a great deal. I love them.

Next time I'll spend a bit more
These tuners feel solid and look the part. Theyre definitely not hollow plastic or thin aluminum. They're a good deal but I found the fit to be a tiny bit off, forcing me to install a couple tuners with a very slight slant. Most turn fine but there are a couple that get a bit stuck at one or two points in the rotation. All in all I think it was a good deal for fixing up a rusty old acoustic, but next time I'll spend an extra 10 or 15 for a very solid fit. I'm not sure I'd want these on my stage guitar.

Good budget tuners
Installed these on a Yamaha FG-Junior acoustic. The fit was perfect without any modifications needed. They are an improvement on the stock tuners. They turn smooth and stay in tune well. One small criticism is that the included screws appeared to be made of slightly soft type of metal. Not an issue for me as I decided to reuse the screws I had from the stock tuners. Although there are higher quality tuners out there, I am giving these a 5 based on the overall quality for the price.

Nice Tuners for Yamaha FG JR-2, but You Will Need to Drill
These seem very good for the money and are a big improvement over the original tuners on my Yamaha FG JR-2. The main reason I'm writing this is to caution anyone looking to replace the tuners on their Yamaha FG JR-2 (a common mod on these guitars because the stock tuners are pretty bad). The original hole is quite a bit smaller than 10mm (enough so you will have to drill). Another reviewer said that he dropped these tuners into his JR-1 without any mods, but I can't see how that is possible. I used a 10mm drill bit.
