Got it delivered two days ago, followed the instructions of filling it up and leaving untouched for 24 hours. Tried it today, the tautness has reduced, so filled some more air. Will update the review again after few days...

This ball is useful for a variety of exercises to build core strength. It is also effective as a seat to assist with your core as it constantly more rather than using a chair which can be more sedentary.
