I wasn't expecting much from this item. I can tell you that I'm truly surprised at just how good the quality is, I've been working drywall since 1980, and still have my original Milwaukee screwgun. I've got others, but I suppose I'm a bit sentimental at this point. Using this in my drill, and also my drill/driver is a pleasure. It works perfectly, and I couldn't ask for more. The biggest surprise was how well these are finished. I was expected rough, sand cast finish, but these are polished and chromed beautifully. The best deal on Amazon. Treat yourself.

The tip is a little small,sometime it would lose grip when fastening. Overall works decent enough.

Works well, i was using 2inch drywall screws on 1/2 green board and these worked well. If you get the screw started straight the depth guage is perfect and will not tear the drywall paper. Any issues are human error. Additionally the bit did not round off through use so the material is strong.

I bought these for a DIY job putting a ceiling in my small shop.. Simple and straight forward use. I tested it in a clutch chucked drill motor with my materials on a workbench with about 4 screws to get a feel for it. In use the magnetic tip holds the screw OK but not particularly securely. It drives the screws to a consistent depth but leaves a fairly large diameter dimple the size of the holder. Not a big deal as tape and mudding gets done anyway. Better than screws standing proud. I didn't hand enough drywall to assess any wear issues. Several come in the pack anyway. It did the job and it's better than a more expensive adjustable gizmo I tried before. If needed I suppose it would be possible to adjust the depth that the tip drives with a little brute force and ingenuity.

These worked very well to set drywall screws in our basement. The most important thing to remember is to adjust the torque on your screw gun so they don't sink too deep from the start. The magnetic ends were very helpful, as my other hand was busy holding up the drywall.

JUNK - Before I even opened the package my carpenter son said "JUNK"! I opened the package. Attached a drywall screw - Fell off immediately - LITTLE IF ANY magnetization! With the slightest movement of the hand the screw fell off. Tried several times - Same results. Will be returning for a refund. I used to keep the cheap junk from Lowes, H.D. Amazon when they were 2, 3, or $5. Now that they're 10, 20, $30 I return them.
