These are great! Helped me break my coffee habit, helped me fast, and helps on long drives. For me and my family. Update: Still awesome after months. Take 30 minutes before an important meeting and it’s magic.

First, had I realized this was NOT eligible for return, I would NOT have purchased it. Period. Second, I regularly take another caffeine supplement with MCT oil with absolutely no issues. It works wonderfully and I have no side effects whatsoever. I can not say that about THIS one! I took one pill with breakfast (not an empty) stomach and within about 2 hours I started feeling a little nauseous. That feeling only progressed throughout the day to the point that I could not eat or drink anything and by 3:30 I became extremely, violently sick. That lasted for several hours. Once it was out of my system, I was able to keep down 7-Up and go to bed. By the next morning I was fine and have felt fine since and that was a week ago. This morning I went to return this (12 days after I received it) and find out it is not returnable. Great. I am stuck with a bottle of vomit inducing pills that I can't return to buy my regular ones. Wonderful. Heed my warning, be very careful with this unless you have a lead stomach. I do not know if it is the "well over 100% of DV ingredients" like B vitamins or if it is something else, but this bottle will be going in the trash and I won't be purchasing from this seller again since they obviously do not allow returns.

I recently switched my pre-workout powder to one that was "stimulant free" and I then realized how much the caffeine boost was helping my workouts - lol. I got these capsules for workout focus and energy, and I like that they come in 200mg of caffeine per capsule, so I can take 1 to get a moderate boost, or two to be a lot more amped up. The additional amino acids and minerals mixed with the natural caffeine combine to make this a well-buffered source of energy. I really feel the energy boost without feeling itchy, having a racing heart or feeling strung out afterward.

These provide good energy along with mental clarity. From my experience there's no caffeine jitters, no crash, nothing like that. These have been a nice afternoon energy source without ruining my bed time or sleep routine.

I normally take caffeine supplements instead of drinking coffee because my body rejects the hot drink. I purchased this product to give a try since my prior supplement pricing continues to rise. The first thing I noticed was I was getting severe nausea if I took it and hadn't eaten anything. I never had that issue with my prior supplement. The other thing I noticed was it's like a slow release energy type. No hype and running mind which is a good thing. Just a calm, not feeling exhausted or achy but awake and blah feeling. I'm use to my 200 mg of caffeine making me feel happy and able to accomplish anything. The nausea issue is serious. Make sure you eat prior to the supplement.

How did I live 2 decades of my insignificant little life consuming massive amounts of caffeine WITHOUT THEANINE. So stupid. So shaky, sweaty, and stupid. *Flashback*A sweaty palm handshake after an interview where I rambled without interruption I think definitely cost me the job. This is significant people... my life could have gone down a completely different path. Don't be like me children!! Harness the power of the theanine!!

J'ajoute un petit commentaire juste parce que les vendeurs prennent le soin de vous envoyer un petit PDF-guide de leur produit. C'est bête, mais on les sent plus impliqués, ce que j'apprécie pour un produit qui n'est pas du sucre et provoquera une réaction bien réelle de votre organisme. Le produit est composé de plusieurs compléments alimentaires efficaces, leur rapport est équilibré pour fonctionner de manière optimale, la dose recommandée de 2 gélules est pertinente et permet au besoin d'ajuster. Je n'ai pas cherché plus loin que ce produit, qui réunit en gros le combo que je souhaitais, et dont la source est clean. J'imagine qu'on pourra toujours trouver moins cher et commander 6 boîtes de 180 gélules pour se faire ses mix maison, perso je trouve l'usage plus simple, manger 2 pilules sur ventre vide c'est toujours plus simple qu'une combinaison de 6 à 8 pour le même rendu. Petit avertissement: on parle là de composés qui ont un effet très réel sur l'organisme, encore une fois. Renseignez vous bien en amont, avant de vous manger une surdose de caféine si vous êtes sujet à l'hypertension, ou de l-tyrosine si vous comptez utiliser une quelconque substance qui manipule la production ou la recapture de dopamine, comme, hum, la Ritaline. Dans le cas où vous savez à peu près ce que vous achetez et pourquoi vous l'achetez, le produit est donc efficace, l-théanine+caféine+l-tyrosine dans des proportions correctes, taurine en bonus pour les effets périphériques, impec. Dans le cas contraire, renseignez vous sur les ingrédients et leurs interactions, et petit tour chez le médecin avant conseillé. Pas naturopathe ou magnétiseur ou autre, nan, médecin ou pharmacien. Science. En tout cas pour mes besoins propres, soit combattre une somnolence matinale incontrôlable et faire le ménage dans le circuit dopaminergique durant quelques jours, c'est top, facile d'usage, et j'aime le petit PDF par mail de rappel sur le bon usage du produit (d'une "Nutrithérapeute", Dieu sait ce que c'est), mais les avertissements sont pas là pour faire joli ou faire "vrai médicament" comme avec l’homéopathie. 200mg de caféine, c'est pas pour tout le monde, et pas pour avant d'aller au lit quoi.

This is better than medications! No awful side effects! I've research the company and they are one of the best! The multivitamin is the best ingredients I've seen and tested. They don't use folic acid because they know it's not good for us but use better version. Now they bring this out and blows other noot and pharmaceutical meds out of the water! Cheaper too!!

Buona alternativa da avere quando non si ha tempo per prendere il caffè. Purtroppo alcuni ingredienti sono sotto dosati, come ad esempio la tirosina.
