Excellent and fluffy idlis
Really impressed with the idli maker , they make really soft and fluffy idlis compared to the earlier ones , it's because of the big water holding capacity i guess, I tried this type in the market but could find only the aluminium one , happy to cook in steel .

We bought it 4700. It has a sharp edges,worst finishing. Plz don't buy it.
