I love the company, they are awesome and really know what they’re doing as far as making a supplement. Especially their trace minerals because they have everything in it that my body needs: selenium, iodine, copper zinc you name it. It’s all in there ! maybe they’ll come up with a liquid version which would even be better, but it would have to taste good.

I take these for what's in them, and I started them a month before my knee surgery where they had to saw off and bolt down a section of my shin. It's major bone breakage, and I had a hard time after getting the first one done, so wanted to be more nutritionally prepared this time around. I'm 1 month post-op, and my knee/leg is healing WAY ahead of schedule, and I was able to get off painkillers entirely after only two weeks. I feel the addition of this supplement really did help with my bone and other healing. The only drawback is that these are REALLY hard to take. They upset my stomach something terrible, causing an hour or more of nausea every time. I actually ended up vomiting every time I tried to take them on a light or empty stomach, or before eating. After taking them with my biggest meal of the day did not solve the problem, I have begun taking this right before bed. No noticing the nausea while I'm asleep! So, these can be very difficult to tolerate, but they are very much worth it if you can keep them down. I wish there were some way to buffer them to reduce the nausea. Any ideas?

Quality product, energy level increase, great price, easy to swallow. No bad after taste, work easy to swallow

Seems to a quality product,but one my system does not tolerate. Became physically each time I took the supplement. From other reviews, other individuals do not have the same issue. If you have a sensitive stomach or have had poor reactions to other sopplements, this may not be the product for you.

I am very glad I found this supplement, especially in capsule form, which dissolves much better than tablets. It has all the essential trace minerals I was looking for, in one convenient capsule. It tastes good sprinkled on food and is reasonably priced. I switched to this brand because it contains more than the RDA of each mineral and only trace minerals (the kind usually lacking on most multiple vitamins). Highly recommended.

I ordered this item thinking it had a good balance of minerals, even though the rating was not very high. When I received it, the bottle was not properly sealed—it had no outer cap seal or inner seal. I usually only order items that are returnable; however, when I tried to return this item, I was unable to do so, even though my order summary indicated that it was eligible for return.

Do not get discouraged by a lot of reviews talking about these upsetting their stomach. You’re taking trace minerals so to minimize this take them with food. I find that I wake up more clear, headed and energized. Great bonus for those with gray hair. I have noticed my hairline grays are starting to come in dark at the root. My husband noticed it as well. There is nothing else that I’m doing other than started adding These minerals about a month and a half ago. Just ordered my second bottle can’t be without.

This is a great product and received it quick! It was working fine until it had time to build up in my system, then started giving me excruciating stomach pains. I stopped taking it. BUT...I believe it would be fine to take if you do the following: take one a day for the first week in the morning with a little something to eat. The second week take one a day on say Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The third week and then on...take twice a week, like Mondays and Thursdays. Give it the first week to build up in your system, then ease off a little from there. This really is a good product, just don't need to over do it like any other good quality supplement or vitamin!
