KYOLIC Liquid - Plain - 4 oz - Liquid(includs 2 pack of 2 oz bottle)

I used to get upper respiratory illnesses (colds, flu, bronchitis) and sore throats (both viral and strep) on a regular basis. Sometimes I would have bronchitis off and on all winter long. Then I started taking Kyolic liquid garlic extract. I have not gotten sick ONE TIME since I started taking this OVER A YEAR AGO! I have never before gone a year in my life without being sick. The closest I've gotten to being sick was while I was on a business trip a couple of months ago. I had to work closely with someone who was VERY sick, and in a building where several people were at work with the flu and other illnesses. I started running a low fever and my throat got scratchy. Normally I take one dose of this liquid in the morning only, but when I started to get symptoms I started taking an extra dose at night. Symptoms were gone in 2 days and I never started feeling bad. Normally that kind of situation results in a nasty high-fever illness that lasts a week. I also take Emergen-C daily. I had taken it daily for a couple of years before I started taking the Kyolic. The Emergen-C cut my sick time usage by about half. The addition of Kyolic took my sick days down to zero. I still take both. It may be the synergistic effect of both of them working together that keeps me from getting sick. The taste is strong but doesn't bother me. I know some people can't tolerate the taste, which is too bad. I dilute mine in a cup of water. It's worth trying to get used to it so you can take it daily. I cannot overstate how great it is to never get sick when I'm used to being down with illnesses about 4 weeks per year! That's 4 weeks of my life every year that I get back! I sure wish I'd found this stuff sooner.

I purchased this product for help in naturally lowering Blood Pressure. The product was recommended in the book "The Blood Pressure Hoax". I so far has not done anything astounding that I know of. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks. My cholesterol levels have lowered a bit which I did not expect but apparently a perk anyway ... or perhaps a fluke. Time will tell. The taste was really bad though there was no aftertaste. My remedy was order 00 veg. gel caps and fill them upon taking them. So every morning with breakfast I fill 2 caps and swallow them with my morning beverage. The 00 caps hold 1/4 tsp of liquid.

I love this stuff. Takes any soreness or inflamation right out of my joints. I combine it with several drops of Oregano oil in a few ounces of water each day and I'm good to go. Also, mosquitoes want nothing to do with me.

I like the taste of this! I bought this to help with my cardiovascular health and also to help with thrush. My baby had some thrush and I got it on my nipples too as we are breastfeeding. Garlic is a natural antifungal that kills yeast. My baby enjoys the taste of this and I put a small amount in his mouth a few times a day. The smell is mild and I was able to put this on my nipples a few times a day without arousing suspicion. I also kept a bottle at his changing table to douse his yeasty bum with garlic. Cleared his yeasty diaper rash in a flash! Best of all, I drink an ample squirt every day for my heart. Tastes great! No bad breath!

Use it for Health. When I purchased the product did not see any experation date on the box. In fact when I zoomed over the box were the experation should have been it was blank. When I received the product with the two bottles the experation date is 12-2023 which unfortunatley on it will expire before I get to use all of the product.

This stuff is great. It definitely helps keep me from getting sick. As far as helping cardiovascularly, I had hoped it would work better. I have cold hands and feet which I assumed was poor circulation but maybe it's something else. anyway I still use regularly and like that it doesn't have other supplements attached with it. Also , although your breath smells horrific for about 10 minutes after taking, all is well with a mint and a few minutes. No burping up gross garlic taste. I've taken with and without meals and it's always been fine.

I've been using Kyolic for years to support the immune. Loved the convenience of finding it on Amazon Prime. Couple with the great price, there is little use for my local shop. Kyolic does have a stronger smell, but given the potency of the aged garlic, it is to be expected. For adults I would recommend the tablets if this isn't olfactorily pleasing. Kids though tend to get used to it, (after fighting it at first) and then quite prefer it! I would recommend a teaspoon three times a day to build up the immune (during a cold / flu / virus) and then continue on with a teaspoon a day - at least for the duration of the winter.
