Good product, but check that the dosages of the individual vitamins are ok for you. My issue is the dose of B6 is quite high, with 50mg/day being associated with causing peripheral neuropathy over time. Might be wise to have blood test done while on any supplements. My tests were surprising.

Not everyone should use mentholated vitamins

These are the ones my doctor recommended, and they work great. My vitamin levels are perfect, and they do not mess with my stomach when I take them on an empty stomach.

I seem to tolerate this version better than tablet not cheated form.

I give this Designs for Health B vitamin complex 4 stars. I've been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed very significant positive changes. After about 2 weeks of taking it, I started noticing that I had much more energy during the day and my overall mood improved. I definitely feel like this supplement has helped me perform better daily. Capsule Size: The only issue is that the capsule size is a bit large. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to swallow. This is the only factor that takes away a star, as the effectiveness is excellent. Conclusion: This is a high-quality supplement. If you're looking for a B vitamin complex that will really help with your energy and mood, I recommend it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to deal with the size of the pill.

Purchased many times - these vitamins really affect the health and growth of my hair, even hairdresser noticed. No stomach issues, no weird taste or smell, packaged in dark glass to protect from light damage. Definitely recommend.

Love, love, love! I suspected I have methylation issues as regular b’a don’t seem to work for me anymore. I try taking my regular b’s every few days and even then I get headaches. The protocols I’m on require B’s and since I haven’t been taking them, I’ve been feeling my energy just drop. I decided to give these a try and wow! So far, after my first use, I am very impressed. Yesterday was the most energy I’ve had in weeks. I had more enthusiasm and was able to think more creatively after a while of lethargy. I’m writing this review after a single use BUT so far so good!

Recommended to me by my naturopath and seems to be a great quality B complex. Just be aware that it does have biotin, which for some people can worsen acne, so be aware of this!

These are potent and have made me feel much better. I would recommend them for anyone who needs vitamin b complex and can't have yeast.

Product code x000k1bboz expiry date April 2019. The tablets smell of rotten fish. Beware. I am disappointed as I thought that Design for Health had good reputation.
