I read a lot of reviews and this one impressed me because people said it was sturdy and I can confirm that is true. This was fully assembled. I just had to take it out of the box remove some plastic and wrap and open it up. I was impressed thhat it has a safety on it to keep it open and also it folds so flat. I included photos because a pic is worth 1000 words!It's very sturdy on all three steps. The top step I felt fine on and even jiggled a bit to make sure. I felt very secure. I'm going to put it upstairs but tried it out on our first floor. We have 10 foot ceilings on our first floor and I'm about 5'5". On the top step I could reach up and touch the ceiling so I could easily change a light bulb. I love this so much I might buy a second or third. It would be nice to have one on each floor (basement, mainfloor, and upstairs)Oh and it has grippers on the bottom so if you are on tile or something it won't slide.Love it!

Light enough weight to haul up and down the stairs, folds easily to slide in a narrow spot in the closet, and sturdy enough to hold 300lbs without feeling like it's going to break.

The size is as described. It's light weight and easy to use. Has a handle that has a comfortable handle to carry. The material is excellent. The material is very sturdy. The products performance very well. It has 3 steps and is perfect to use for decorating.

Right out of the box I can tell this is a sturdy step stool. It's the perfect thing I need to reach above the kitchen cabinet. It folds easily and quickly and I can store it in the closet next to the washer and dryer. Hopefully we get many good years from this step stool.

Great step stool. It is higher than most and you can stand on the top step. It is very stable. I am short and have 12-foot ceilings and it is great in the kitchen.

This was a great ladder for me. It is sturdy and easy to open a d close. It is far superior to the Rubbermaid ladder I originally ordered which was very disappointing 😞

We ordered a SocTone 3 Step Ladder, in Oct 2022, to replace our old flimsy kitchen step ladder. The flattened SocTone ladder is comfortable to carry. You start opening it like other step ladders, by pulling the legs apart but it's easy enough to do. Locking it in place is simple - a small push (on yellow SocTone label) on the top step and you can see/hear/feel the ladder lock into place. The sturdy steps are wide, deep and comfortable to stand on. Unlock by lifting the yellow handle on the back of the top step and push legs together. It's easy to do.When I bought the above ladder, I didn't know how it would work out, so I also bought a Hailo 3 step ladder for our second floor. It just didn't match up to SocTone and in Feb 2023, I bought a 2nd SocTone 3 Step to replace the Hailo. The Hailo seemed flimsy (compared to the SocTone). It had square tubing for the legs which made it uncomfortable to carry which also made it seem heavier. In addition , it was harder to open/close.

Great item. Looks good. I use it for my tall kitchen cabinets, to be able to reach items I need. Sturdy and not too heavy.
