WYZESolar Panel - Compatible with Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2 and Battery Cam Pro, Continuous Power with 2.5W 5V Charging

Finally one that works! I’ve tried the other older versions of this panel that was for the battery cam pro and nothing worked! This one finally charges and comes with the correct cables to work with battery cam pro. Hoping it keeps the camera charged on continuous recording.

This charges my Wyze camera battery fully every day. I live in Florida so there is plenty of sun so that might be a factor. It works great for me.

It was easy for my godson to hook up and now I don't have to charge batteries!

It’s great if you want a piece of garbage to just get super hot and not power a thing! This is the worst waste of time and money. Left it in a very sunny spot that got exposure for the appropriate amount of time for 2 days straight without trying to see if it powered the Wyze camera 4. Nothing powered. Didn’t come with any mounting brackets, so I don’t even know how I would have put it up if it even worked. Wyze has been a great camera company but this solar panel didn’t even attempt to work. Huge waste of time and effort. I am returning the panel and the camera I bought solely to run off of this panel.

not bad for the money. For less than 30 bucks, they keep the camera charged very nicely. Started noticing marked decrease and charging power after two years of use. that’s pretty good return for the investment. I will buy again.

Great option for Wyze Battery cams. Panel came with multiple plug options and a good length cable. It keeps my camera charged to 100% even during shorter winter days with cloudy skies. It gave me the freedom to put the camera in a more remote location now that I don’t need to get a ladder every time I wanted to charge.

I bought 2 Wyze battery Cam pros. I had read some very negative 1 star reviews. The problem seems to be whether the solar panel works and how do you know it is charging. I set up both of mine yesterday. The app does not show an indicator that the battery is charging. No typical green lightening bolt like I am accustomed to. The only way I can tell is that I use the cameras all day and they remain at 100%. Both cameras started at 100% as I bought the battery charger and charged all my batteries to 100%. The sun was out all day and they are obviously charging to not lose any charge. Wyze needs to come up with a charging by solar panel green lightening bolt icon. Unless I am missing something. The only confusing thing was the two different power cords which I am guessing is because it depends on which of the two supported cameras you own. The solar panel is a great way to not have to climb a ladder to switch out batteries and I have some Arlo cameras that I do just that!
