D3 and MK 7 all in the same easy to swallow capsule is definitely a good thing, 5000 IU of D3 and 180 MCG of MK 7 is just the right amount twice a day to keep up with my needs and keep me healthy during the cold and flu season. Now foods is a family owned business and also does third-party testing to make sure amounts and purity are at or above standards. As for the price, it is reasonable not cheap but not overpriced so you get what you pay for definitely a good pic in my opinion. Love the product itself but really wish they wouldn’t put their shipping label over the instructions for taking the supplement. Its not easily removed without destroying the instructions and makes it difficult to know how to take the supplement correctly.

This is my 4th order of NOW brand dietary supplements D-3 and K2 and the lab results are in! A few months ago, I had lab work done that showed my blood serum levels of vitamin D were low. Rather than attempt to get my insurance to cover the prescription, I opted for NOW brand. After 3 months of taking them as recommend, my serum levels are normal now.
