Masterpiece Megatron KO Version MP-36 Action Figures 10-Inch

I'll start by getting the negatives out of the way. The figure has a few tolerance issues. My copy has a very loose elbow that can't support much weight. Meanwhile, the backpack kibble is a bit loose, although I'm not sure if that's from the original mold or a result of being a "KO". I've also noticed the legs are a pain to collapse and extend, requiring a degree of force that had me worried I'd break it (The transformation into pistol involves sort of squishing the calves to about 1/2 the thickness).My figure's box also had some sort of weird pieces of something I later identified as a moth all over inside.However, if you are able to overlook these relatively minor qualms, this is a fantastic figure considering it's so much cheaper than trying to get it from a retailer or on the second-hand market. The box he ships in is identical to the official release and contains everything that one does as well. I'm guessing these guys are likely made in the exact factory the official ones were in some way or another. (Not ruling out them being stolen, but I suspect they may have been "Seconds" discarded/refused by Hasbro for QC reasons that were still in good enough condition to sell)This figure also notably LACKS the Orange cap US retailers added, so it's more accurate without needing to rip an orange plug out of it.

Loved this one. It’s a big megatron with lots of extra parts to make creative poses.

Alrighty so coming from a masterpiece collector, this is a good KO of mp36 megatron. Now my copy has the loose pin elbow and loose back kibble, but those can be fixed (since there on a metal pin) with a few drops of floor polish. I dabbed some in there and found some good results. Now this is a KO, I saw a past review mentioning it might be seconds from hasbro due to QC issues, it’s not. These are KOs. You will get the deception symbol printed on there but the eye brows you’ll have to color in, a sharpie will do the trick. I transformed this into gun mode the other night and it was fun and entertaining, no issues. Only one grip is that the right arm that holds the cannon doesn’t fully tab into his shoulder but there’s an extra support piece with the mold that keeps it in place.(For regular toy collectors)This mold is an accurate G1 megatron mold. There’s diecast in the feet, back, and trigger. It’s sturdy and won’t fall apart on ya. The cannon takes 2 LR44 batteries which gives the 3 regular mp36 sounds. If you love megatron, get this while these last. The seller I got from (Best Wei Jang) are very supporting and will respond to your questions quick and easy. Thanks guys.

Awsome figure, the only problems I have with it are that my right shoulder doesn't plug in, the right elbow is slightly loose, and the part of the feet that makes the handle don't stay put. These problems are too much of an issue though, and everything else is great!

The media could not be loaded.  This KO figure of Megatron is awesome.I was a bit hesitant to get it but since I couldn’t find a 3rd party version or even a KO at the usual online stores I decided to go with this one even though it was a bit more expensive.The video is about the quality look and feel of the MP figure as opposed to the engineering or transformation of the transformer. This is to help you decide if aesthetically speaking you like this figure or not. As you can see from the pictures it sizes well with other MP figures both Hasbro (skywarp) and KO (soundwave).Durability wise I don’t know but will update on the future.Overall I would recommend this figure.

The shipper got it here fast. I didn’t expect it so soon. As far as the toy goes, it’s amazing. As the title says, it’s the best version of Megatron out there. All the instructions are not in English, so that needs to be said, but there are pictures and YouTube videos that explain how to transform Megatron. I’m very happy with my purchase.
