Page Turner That Is Only Part Fiction...
Clearly well researched, this thriller reminds us of both man's inhumanity to man AND our redeeming qualities when you might least expect them. Set in the Midwest, the novel reminds me of the "Prey" books by Sanford....if you are a Sanford fan you will like this book. In spite of the Midwest setting the book has a Nazi element that is historically accurate but gruesome. The characters are carefully painted, and the pace is perfect. A tight, well written read that will keep you engaged and having difficulty believing that much of the book is based on fact - from a time and place no one would want to revisit.

A great read...
I really enjoyed this book, but since I’m an audible listener, I wish it was available through that media. One really strong reason that I like it is because I live in Eau Claire Wisconsin where it is set. I am familiar with the streets and places it speaks of.

Excellent Read!! Murder Mystery
I am not usually a murder mystery fan, but this was a very interesting read. The storyline was believable with an incorporation of history, fact and fiction. The good vs evil described in the story throughout the book left you with a mix of emotions and ended with a twist. Interesting moral message. Love the book, I would highly recommend. Looking forward to Steven Turks next two books to be published in the future.

Excellent Read! You Won't Put it Down!
I recently was recommended the new novel by Steven Turk. It's excellent. I went through it in 2 sittings and didn't want to put it down for that first one! It's a fast paced, exciting read with a very creative plot. The historical references tied to a modern day psychopath lead to an interesting chase all over North America. If you like anything in this genre, you'll love this book.

Intense and brilliant
I read this book in less than a week. It's absolutely a must read. Fast paced, intriguing and exciting. Complicated characters, and a most interesting plot. The ending is a real surprise which will leave you wondering about your own morals and values. Kudos to Steven.
