Becoming an intenSati Leader has been the Accomplishment I am Most Proud to Share w/Everyone
It was summer of 2019, I saw Patricia Moreno on that stage. They didn't say her name that day. But when I heard her sharing intenSati that day it was the key that opened the lock on my heart. Life had been really lifey that sweltering day in August but when she sang out those powerful affirmations I was hooked. I contacted my HR dept the next day to find out who she was. Next I knew I was signed up for her next LIVE intenSati class in NYC, enrolled in intenSati leader training, and bought her book. The intenSati Method has changed my life for the better. I call intenSati my lifeblood. It is a spiritual fitness practice that combines strong moves with powerful affirmations. It reminds us to be mindful about the language we speak to ourselves. That we are NOT broken or damaged. We may have a habit or pattern that may be but it is within our power to change those. Patricia is a POWERHOUSE! Patricia Moreno, a renowned fitness expert and creator of inten Sati, has penned a book that really isn't about dieting despite its title, but more about living a life you love and doing what you love every day.
