This puzzle frame is so much nicer than the old school ones. Its also secure and tight enough that i didn't have to glue either of my 2 puzzels that i used it for. Ive had them hanging for months and they're still in place so i would say they're stable abd sturdy. I think they're definately worth the price, im happy with this purchase.

Perfect size and easy to use. It came with a shiny thin piece of cardboard that slides right under the puzzle. I got it into the frame easily & used the thick piece of cardboard and back panel to make it a tight fit so there isn't any space for the puzzle to come apart. It looks amazing!!

The size was exactly the right size, the width I wanted, was easy to hang, looks great hung on the wall. The price was fair for the quality.

The frame seems to be good quality. It was easy to frame an 18 x 24 puzzle. However, the frame had a dent along the upper edge. This probably occurred during shipping, even though the frame was well packed. Buyer beware.

have bought this frame 4 times, gifted 2 of the framed puzzles. fits perfectly for all my 1000 pc puzzles. the glass doesn't come with an annoying film to peel off

Excellent, top quality product. Size accurate. Backboard not just cardboard but sturdy wafer board. Plexi glass top so not excessively heavy-good thing. Very pleased.

Great frame for my jigsaw puzzle. Repeat buyer - have purchased 2 black frames and 1 natural. I don't know why the brown frame costs more, but the colors I bought were perfect for my puzzles. I like that it includes a reversal background paper - one side is white and the other black which is ideal if your puzzle is smaller than the exposed area. The clear plastic front appears glued in place and is a nice thickness and will keep my puzzle dust free. I did seal my wooden puzzle front and back. The frame was deep enough for my wooden puzzle and I estimate that the pieces are the same thickness as the cardboard kind. There is a cardboard insert that you can place in back of your puzzle and the backing piece has two hangars so the frame can be hung on a wall vertically or horizontally. Overall I like the look of the frame. It holds all the layers securely with metal tabs. The only negative for me is that it is made in China although the "manufacturer" is located in the USA. This is the only place that I found that offers the size frame I needed at a somewhat affordable price. The frames were packaged well so no damage in shipping.

The first thing I noticed is how heavy and sturdy the frame is. It isn't just cheap and flimsy. It arrived already put together. I was glad to see the box was to be opened on the end, rather than across the face of the frame, because I would've been afraid of scratching the plexiglass with a cutting tool. The frame has a sheet of plexiglass, a black/white heavy paper for use as a border if the puzzle is under the full frame size. I was excited to get my puzzle framed and on the wall, but when I removed the outer plastic that it was sealed in, I was disappointed to find that a line I had seen was actually a big deep scratch in the plexiglass. It looks like it was the top sheet in a box and someone ran a cutter along the box scoring the top sheet. It's very visible even with the colors of the puzzle to mask it. My next disappointment was when the grand moment came to lay my puzzle in the frame. It didn't fit. The item description says, "MCS Frame for Puzzles, Black, 24 x 30 in or smaller." The box of my puzzle (White Mountain, so it is good quality) says it's 24 x 30. I should have just bought a frame from them. Theirs is more expensive, but they sell theirs for their puzzles, so I assume it would fit, or they'd not have such a good name in the puzzle industry. I do quite a few puzzles, and could make use of this frame for another, if only the plastic wasn't scratched. Such a disappointment, but such is the nature of online shopping. UPDATE: I did end up putting a smaller puzzle in this frame, even using the scratched plexiglass sheet. I just didn't want to go to all the trouble of shipping it back, and that seemed to be the only option with this company. If only they would just replace the scratched plexiglass with a new sheet, I'd be completely satisfied.
