I have been using this for 18 months now. I have a well with heavy sediment content and a strong "swamp" smell. First step is a Rusco spin down filter with a 500 mesh that I have to clean once per month or two, then the pressure tank, then the Aqua Pure. The water is clean with absolutely no sediment, no smell and no taste. The pressure does not seem to be an issue, the tank is set at 70ppg. I have pressure assisted toilets that are one story up and 30 ft from source that function fine. The pipe plumbing is not the best 1/2 inch PEX with no manifolds. (Yikes)So the story on this is good pressure transference, adequate life (may turn out excellent) and does the job of cleaning water.

Defected item.
We bought this filter and changed the water filter recently but water flow was very low and when the plumber checked it found out that the filter is defective we need to return or exchange the filter to new one. We missed our return window couple of days ago, please advice.

Pink Slimey goo seeping from filter
Filter worked well but I went down to check it 2 months before it’s one year was up and I had pink slimey stuff seeping from it. ( we are on city water) Called Aqua pure but they didn’t know what it could be something nice are only a distributor for products. Not sure if I should try another one or just try a different filter system but I’m fairly certain pink goo cannot be healthy for us.

For great tasting water
Keeps our tap water fresh. Appliances operate better and last longer as any sediment is removed. Easy installation. Great product! Each one lasts about 6 months.

Easily replaced
The filter is easy to install /change and works very well. Lasts just over a year before it needs changing
