They work
I have been taking them for 20 days and I can feel a positive change. During perimenopause usually cycles shorten. I feel that in my case is a drop in estrogen levels. This product is bringing me back to my cycle schedule. For now that's what I need. So it is effective, good quality and it has a good price. Recommended!

This fixed my trigger finger.
I had "trigger finger" in the index finger and middle finger of my right hand. I wasn't aware that many women going through menopause also have finger joint issues. I did a little research and found out that Isoflavones could improve finger joint mobility issues. After taking this for several months, I no longer have trigger finger!

Right ingredients and perfect dosage
We had been buying the isoflavone in bulk and measuring out doses for two, about every 3 weeks, and got tired of dealing with the scale, the powder, and storing the doses. These appear to be the real deal and selling at a reasonable price. Have no way to confirm actual isoflavone concentration, but the same was true for the bulk packaged product as well. Also, consuming the bulk dry powder — NOT in capsules — was a bit trickier than simply swallowing these capsules. (Soy isoflavone will NOT dissolve in cold water.)

Consistancy
So far, this is the most consistent strength of the soy isoflavones I've purchased from amazon. I take 5 a day. Some of the others -- all capsule form -- seem to vary in strength from capsule to capsule. This is very effective for relieving the symptoms of post menopause.

Takes over a week to kick in with one pill a day. No other side effect while taking 1 pill a day Can be well worth the benefit.
