So I just finished my first bottle of 60. I agree that it definitely made a positive difference. My background is flooded with traumatic events that ultimately put me on the table for open heart surgery 5yrs ago.. my heart and aortic valve were calcified and enlarged from extreme stress... However my brain has conditioned itself to stress and anxiety as a normal function in life constantly in fight or flight survival mode.. I've worked extremely hard restoring balance and wellness these past 5 yrs. Psycilocibin microdose actually rebooted me out of PTSD and cleared the cache (almost over night) to my dysfunctional routine of coping.. but my body was still a bit wired for anxiety and ready to dash at any moment. About 2wks in to taking this product, I noticed a sudden 'calmness' in my thought process. At first I thought it was my new breathing meditation routine but these calm results happened about 2 days into practicing the correct way of deep breathing. Years of anxiety conditions you to breathe very shallow and even hold your breath without realizing it depriving oxygen from our vitals.. we dont even notice how bad our breathing habits are until we try to correct it. Very frustrating to correct habits to an involuntary action of the brain...But then I started walking slower, too (weird). Normally I'm sprinting mentally and physically to and from everything all day long (another side effect of anxiety). Then last week I started speaking slower in well thought out conversations, focus and a lot more organized in thought. Bonus!I'm now 100% convinced this product corrected the excessiveness of cortisol release 24/7 bc that's how our bodies can quickly respond to fears without skipping a beat ..over 20 or 30 yrs of this our brain treats it as a normal function and floods the system with cortisol- not good.So yes.. I will continue taking this product. On a side note, I learned not to take it before bed as it kept me up til 6am WIDE awake - best in the morning. I now naturally pace myself and think twice. I had been lacking energy, significantly. And, I had foggy brain. Eventually I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. As I researched articles to determine the cause and what can be done to reverse the issue, I continued seeing that adrenal glands become exhausted when there has been "ongoing stress:" I knew I was a candidate. Within two weeks of beginning the Adrenal Essence the unexplained exhaustion was gone. I wake up in the morning with energy, eager for the day and tasks at hand. I have been using this for quite some time now and it is one of the supplements I keep in my menopause arsenal. It works well in conjunction with several others that I use to help keep the hot flashes, mood issues and night sweats somewhat under control. They are not completely gone but I don’t have Issues all day long like I had been having. I am not a good candidate for HRT so I need to rely on supplements to help. The only downside is it gets expensive.

These work well you can actually feel the effects the first couple of times you use them. I don't use them daily only when I need them to help me as I believe one should work out and practice deep breathing to release stress on a daily basis. However, we all have times in our lives when stressful emotional things happen and these seem to help me.

I have taken these before, but got them at a store and they worked within hours, i wasn't feeling spacey or tired in the afternoon anymore. However, they made me put on a little weight.....Now my 2nd bottle, this time from amazon, didn't work for me after many weeks of taking them, so maybe they changed the formula?I returned for a refund and will look for another option.

This is the second bottle we have gotten. It works! We have major stress as we lived through a fire that destroyed our town. The lack of good sleep added to our stress level. This has brought back our quality of sleep which makes dealing with life’s trials a whole lot easier!

I took this for a few days then noticed that my heart was beating erratically. I stopped taking the supplement but the palpitations continued for a couple of days. I couldn't figure out what was causing it, then I decided to look at the ingredients of the adrenal support.ELEUTHERA is listed as the 3rd highest ingredient - if you look up what the side effects are it will tell you thatIT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN IF YOU HAVE A HEART CONDITION OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSUREI have high blood pressure.It's not pleasant having these palpitations, and the Eleuthera is dangerous. Take warning.

You get 30 tabs per jar and it says take 2 a day so there charging you 1 pound per dose cos its 30 pounds so for 15 days of taking this supplement you'll have spent 30 pounds at 2 pills a day I've seen ecstasy tablets cheaper than this and did a better job
