This is the third iPhone I’ve bought in the last couple of months for myself and family. After I saw the quality of the first one I was amazed and thought it was a one off. Completely perfect in every aspect so much so that I thought it was brand new. Even the battery was 100%. So I took a chance and ordered the same one and that was identical. Again with 100% battery. They are both iPhone SE 2022 3rd generation. This last one was for my daughter so I thought I’d try a different model and got the iPhone 13. Once again, perfect with a battery of 98%. I would challenge anyone to find the slightest mark on either of the three phones and will never buy a new phone again now I’ve found Amazon Renewed.

Condition great - had it about a week now. Calls = nobody can hear and sound like a old radio to the other person regardless of who you call Battery lasts about 45 mins in total before dying, when you charge it jumps from around 30% to 70% Phones constantly hot whenever it’s being used and the camera takes forever to focus. Read descriptions carefully refurbished and operational doesn’t mean it’s going to work. Battery health also lower than they said and the price also dropped drastically. I can only think they sent the wrong one. Got appointment with Apple in the week to find out what’s going on with it

Received item before the expected date which was great item well packaged I question the grade of this iPhone as it said excellent and new so I thought I was getting a brand new phone scuffs on each side of the phone and small scuffs around the camera section. No scratches on screen and with a case put on it thankfully doesn’t notice however excellent condition I also expected the battery to be at least 90 percent instead of 88 percent phone more like a b grade but for the price I paid it’s ok.

My husband is a very frustrated android user - the times of day that he threatens to throw his phone out of the window I can’t number - so as I have been a very contented iphone user for some years I have finally convinced him to give an iphone a go. Knowing all of this and his lack of interest in phones and all that they can do in the right hands, I decided that it would be risky and possibly a complete waste of money to get him a lovely new 16e, although I was tempted. So I went to the other end - a refurbished phone from Amazon. I have had refurbished items before and on the whole they have been good and reliable. Which iphone to get him? I have the 13 Mini and love it (only really sad that this is the last Mini size that Apple are making), so decided to get him a 13. It has more than enough of all the capability that he will need and hopefully, if he doesn’t lose it, it will last a couple of years with the iphone updates. Having decided on the phone it was easy ordering it yesterday and it arrived today. It came in a plain black box, with a charging cable and the key for opening the sim tray. The description said that the phone was in excellent condition and having looked over it very carefully it does look in excellent condition. The battery health is 95% which is also good. So, so far so good - I hope this continues to be a good experience - the buying experience has been good, showing my husband how to use it and get the most out of it may well be a completely different experience!

Excellent buy, looks and feels brand new, saved a lot of money and also better for the environment, perfect condition no scratches at all, came with charging cable and plug, would definitely recommend and will buy from here again in future

This phone kept freezing from day one. Within a month, I dropped it on a soft Lino floor with a military grade case on and the back smashed to smitheeens. I took it for repair locally and they showed me the inside (see photos). He also said the back glass was cheap and flimsy. This phone was therefore not in ‘excellent condition’ as advertised as it was patched up and not fit for purpose. Amazon were difficult about a return even though it was within a month and they’re requesting I pay return postage. I’m questioning the repair cost too as I needed a phone given my son suffers from seizures. I’ve been duped by Amazon as they allow unscrupulous third parties to supply them with falsely advertised products. These patched up phones are definitely not excellent and use cheap parts. The guarantee is also worthless. I would never buy one on here again.

El envío fue más rápido de lo que se informaba. Teóricamente tardaría en llegar entre 3 y 4 días y, finalmente han sido dos días. Llego muy bien protegido, diría que incluso es excesivo, antes de llegar a la caja del propio teléfono, tuve que abrir antes otras dos. El estado del teléfono es totalmente impecable, no hay ninguna marca o signos de desgaste, la vida de la batería al 100%, y por lo que he podido comprobar, en el pasado se cambió la cámara pero sigue siendo original. El teléfono venía junto con un cable de carga nuevo, y un cargador no original, pero también sin estrenar. Muy satisfecho con la compra, desde luego pienso repetir para el próximo cambio.

Vraiment nikel en parfait état comme neuf, pas une rayure. C'était pour un cadeau de Noël donc parfait.

El móvil presenta evidentes signos de uso (obviamente no es nuevo) pero que denotan poco gusto por el trabajo bien hecho. Mucha suciedad en botones, cámaras y zona del puerto de carga/altavoces. No recomiendo a este vendedor.
