Not a replacement for exercise
I've tried it but nothing will replace proper diet and exercises like intense double jumps

I deal with degenerative arthritis in my spine,clavicle and Vitamin D deficiency hereditary so I go through it. Aches, pains,always worrying about falling because I can break something so easily. I love to dance,sports etc I'm such a tomboy at heart. It sucks always having to be cautious or not able to move around on bad days. On some days that it rains i go through it & i loveeeee the rain how ironic huh? I have been dealing with these issues since my early 20's on top of scoliosis but I will not get surgery that will be my last option. These help me soooo much! I can't put emphasis on that statement. *Simply love them.* These along with super collagen powder is a game changer. The price is right,the ingredients seem to be exactly what they state because I can feel the difference. When you have been taking supplements for a long time you know. Found these gems here on Amazon. I felt they wouldn't do much because of the price but I thought what do I have to lose right? I didn't lose a thing but gained some comfort and mobility. Will definitely keep in my order list as long as merchant keeps this price point and 21st Century doesn't change the formula. Sometimes companies can't leave just right alone,we all have seen it happen. Then you find yourself looking for a replacement & it's a headache. I know you guys can relate. I really liked that it was just the calcium without D in it, as I don't want to take too much D. However about 15% of the pills were broken in half when the bottle arrived. Not a deal breaker, but not great either. I am going to try another bottle when this runs out to see if it was just a fluke.
