It does what it is supposed to do
The product itself is not hard to install. Dropping the fuel tank out of the Explorer was not the most difficult thing I've done either but still a challenge.The fuel pump is working just fine and got the car running right away.

Great price for the assembly but cheap pump
The price for the assembly was great but the pump didn’t last for a month. On the plus side the money I spent on a good pump and this assembly is still cheaper than the assembly at the local parts stores. If you have a good assembly then walk away but if your like me and need the entire thing then be prepared to buy another pump to swap out

Right fit and right price
Installed in my 2001 Explorer Sport 2 weeks ago. Pressure is correct and fit perfectly. Only been 2 weeks but so far it's great for the money.

Above average, what a pleasure.
I bought and installed this complete pump assembly 8 months ago, so I told myself let's just wait on a fair and honest review. First thing, super fast,undamaged, ship. Next packed extremely well to avoid damage to sincitive pump assembly. Next this was a truly plug & play assembly with all parts being of a excellent grade materials and fit perfectly. This pump is a true time saver. I believe that it's rare anymore to get a complete assembly that is of this quality, except for dealer prices. Our 99 explorer ( daily work vehicle) has shown no problems, so with that and great quality product I can safley say that if your on the fence, this one's a definitely a keeper. parts store bit too high
this was a 2 man job..replacing a fuel pump that's in the bottom of the gas tank

Works on 2000 Mercury Mountaineer V8 5.0L AWD
My Mountaineer was starting to have intermittent starting issues. Before it decided to quit entirely, I decided to replace the fuel pump. It's been about 6 months or so, and no problems at all. Time will tell, but so far I'm happy with the unit. Replacing it isn't much fun, but I would buy again if necessary.
