Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 - by Baby Jolie Paris, Water Resistant, Natural Formula for sensitive skin | 6oz (180ml)

My boy have the most sensitive skin. He is allergic to all other sunscreens Except for this one. I’d 1000% recommend. My boy has never had a burn with me using this and he has never had an allergic reaction. This Seriously is magic in a bottle.

My son had anaphalaxis to a major store brand chemical-based sunscreen years ago, so my whole family has been using mineral-based sunscreens exclusively since then. I had done a lot of research on sunscreens (as you can imagine, after watching my baby go through anaphalaxis!) and from a health standpoint, mineral sunscreens are the way to go, and are also better for ocean life. But, they aren't without downsides, the main one being that you are left with a slightly white tinge after application. For me, and my family, it's a small thing to have to deal with, but one of my children has darker skin, so it is much more noticeable on her. Not an issue when she was little, but once they hit middle school, well, kids start caring about stuff like that. Of course, this product is technically for babies, and babies don't care what they look like. :) But, the formula is great, spreads well, gentle on skin, and is really great for the whole family.Compared to other brands of mineral sunscreen, this one has a much lighter white tinge to it, spreads nicely, and stays put in water, so you don't have to keep reapplying like chemical-based sunscreens.

Baby Jolie Paris Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 is a very nice product. My dermatologist has told me that mineral sunscreens are by far the best for warding off skin cancer so I use them all the time. I'm a little confused about the claim that this is a 100% zinc oxide formula because in the ingredients it says there is 25% zinc oxide. Even at 25% though, that's a lot. Some I've used in the past had 20% or less. I will sometimes use children's sunscreens because I figure they must be safe. There was a foil seal under the cap but it was not attached at all and fell right into my hand. The foil had a clear oil on it so I closed the lid and gave the tube a good shake. It's a little runnier than what I am used to but it rubbed in very well. There was that faint white look on my skin but I just continued rubbing a bit more and it was gone. Overall, it goes on very nicely and feels smooth without feeling oily. The box and the tube say there is no fragrance yet the last ingredient is "Fragrance" and there definitely is a very light scent. I don't mind the scent at all but can't really identify what scent it is. It's definitely not a strong coconut smell like a lot of sunscreens so I'm thankful for that. This is a large tube so is a very good value. The expiration date is 10/2024.

I use baby/kids sunscreen w/ a high SPF since I burn very easily. I find it works better. I was interested in this since I do spend a fair amount of time outside. When I received the box , it looked like it had a oil stain on the cardboard - then I opened the cap of the tube and the foil seal was no longer attached so this leaked.It does have a slight fragrance and I did squeeze a bit out to test the consistency - a little thick.Not so sure I want to use since the safety seal was no longer on

This sunblock is a really nice high quality version. I wildly prefer mineral based sunscreens but they are not all created equal. This applies easily and seems decently water resistance and stays on the skin well.I would get this mineral sunblock again and works recommend it to others.

I love how this product has natural ingredients and is non-toxic. I did not know that sunscreen can be unhealthy for the body until I had kids so I am cautious of what I use on them. This is a white cream texture that takes a bit of effort to blend in but that was expected. It also requires the use of a washcloth to remove from their skin. If I just use my hands, I can still smell the sunscreen on their hands. Two of my kids have sensitive skin and they did not have any type of reaction to this. They did not get sunburned although I did reapply often. Overall, great product!

This sunscreen is a great natural solution to the sun. It is very lightweight and i can even wear it in my face without it irritating me! It does the job without and bad ingredients. I like that it is a mineral based sunscreen. For being a mineral sunscreen at such a high SPF, I think the value is very good for how much you get! I would highly recommend this instead of most things you can find at the chain stores. It feels nice, does the job, and is soothing to the skin!
