Great product, works perfectly. My beef is with Amazon. I purchased a product from Amazon and sent it back but they didn't credit my original method of payment. They gave me a Amazon.com credit for $460.69 a clerical error, so now I owe my AMAZON credit card $460.69 and they refused to transfer the funds because I bought this extension cord. How did I know I used some of the AMAZON CREDIT? This was not my fault. I'm so upset with them for their lack of customer service and cooperation. Total monopoly!!! Buyer beware!

If you commit to a cordless tool such as a mower, snow blower or other garden tolls you will always need back up power this is the way to go. i have had the mower blower and weed wacker and chainsaw why waste time for charging the batteries when you can have one or two batteries ready to go . Good pricing when on special and as i was always leery on cordless items such as =lawn mowers and snow blowers , go for the larger amperage as they will work longer and the chargers replenish the power quite fast, hooe this helps all who read

Was looking for a replacement power cord for the self cleaning litter box (brand name Petsafe). Needed it ASAP. This product was recommended by Amazon, even though the original power supply is 18 V, and this one is 24 V. Arrived fast. Plugged it in, and works fine. Only issue the cord is quite short (2 feet, maybe?), but using an extension cord solves this problem. Happy with purchase.

I have 4 18v powerfist drill batteries that both chargers died, I found this one and gave it a try, I was wary so every 30 minutes I checked on them, should take an hour to charge, at an hour they had decent charge but not warm, I let the go for an hour and a half but got busy, at 2.5 hour mark I raced back to check totally worried and sure enough everything was super hot, could barely hold the battery as I rushed it out side, any longer and it would have caught fire in my basement, the powerfist adapter may have interfered or was the cause, but this charger should have sensed it and shut off. Not happy, could have burned my new house down
