hynade CNC Plasma Cutter Blow Back, Non-HF Pilot Arc Non-Touch 110/220V Plasma Cutting Machine, THC Torch Height Control Enabled (CUT60DN)

The media could not be loaded. I bought this plasma because it was cheap compared to others and I had just got a cnc plasma table (crossfire pro) and this machine had cnc capability. I thought it was just going to be temporary till I could get a name brand . I was wrong this hynade has been a work horse coming up on 3 years . I have never had one issue with this machine and I have used and abused it . On 240v 60amps It cuts 1/2 steel no issues 15ipm , 16 gauge at 100ipm at 45 amps .I’ve ran this thing multiple times for 30 plus minutes straight cutting small parts in a full 3’ x 4’ 1/4 inch steel plate at 45amps 240v and it just keeps working .When I first got it I did have to open it up and adjust the air pressure regulator but that’s all I’ve ever done other the run a 80 amp machine torch . I have cut 1000s of things using this machine hours on hours of runtime and have nothing but good things to say about this machine . If it ever does go out I’m just ordering another. Hands down absolute great machine for the price ,durability and the thickness of steel it can cut with the right feed rate . 10 out of 10

I have not had this machine for very long but it has surprised how much cutting power this little guy has and how compact and lightweight

First, it's not a 60 amp or even a 55 amp machine. I put a current clamp on the leads and it maxed out at 49 amps. Second, there's no support for this machine. I couldn't even find a website. It died on me after using it a total of about 25 cuts over almost 2 years. Very light use. It is easy to get working with an ArcDroid or langmuir plasma table. It goes through consumables very fast. You might get 48 inches of cuts at it's max power. I have a professional air drying system I use for HVLP spray painting, and even with an ai refrigerator and several filters and desiccant stages, and an aftercooler on the compressor, it still burns through consumables really fast.There is literally nobody to call when it dies on you. For $500 it makes more sense to go w/ a company who stands behind their product.

Great plasma cutter for the price. Has done a great job for what I needed. There is a lack of help on their website but also not a big brand so kinda expected. But overall great for what I need.

Works with the ArcDroid. The manufacturer’s customer service and technical support is difficult to come by. Without that, this tool may end up a boat anchor.

I've been waiting to see how well this cutter would perform after a while and I can say with confidence that it's been worth every penny. I have it connected to a DIY cnc plasma cutter and it's exceeded my expectations. I have a water filter inline with it and all my cuts are super sharp. It's easy to use and reliable. My THC connects directly to the cnc port. 10/10
