Outstanding Customer Service long after the sale!!!
Great company customer service even long after my purchase! I purchased the Human Skull with markings in Sept 2018. It's now Sept. 2019 and due to an office move, I lost the Skull's marking Reference Guide that came with my skull. I contacted Vision Scientific and explained my situation and included a copy of my original purchase receipt. I am happy to report that they promptly responded to my request for another reference guide and I received an email copy of this markings guide within days of my request. You can certainly count on me from NOW ON to be a LOYAL customer of Vision Scientific and to tell others I know in my field where to purchase their anatomy models. It's the little things that make the difference and this is why I wanted to share my experience with other potential customers.

Great study tool!
Perfect for my anatomy and physiology class!!! Jaw has a spring so it is flexible and top of skull is removable and magnetic so goes right back into place ! LOVE!
