Worth the money
I have been using this for over a month now and was happy to find it on amazon. Whatever the strains are in this probiotic, it has worked very well for me. I had never been a "bathroom regular" but since I started it has been literally like clockwork, I couldn't be any happier and will continue using it. It may be a bit on the pricey side but my health is definitely worth it

They work better than anything I've tried.
I thought these were an "optional" part of my vitamins and routine. Unfortunately I found out during a 3-week trip away from home that they really are not optional. lol I couldn't wait to get back home so I could get regular! 😂

Easy to swallow
I've been taking pre and probiotics for a while. These go down easy, I hate swallowing pills. My body seems to tolerate these well.

They really work!
Since I have started taking this supplement I've noticed my stomach has not been upset much and I have been more regular. I often have an upset stomach after eating and have noticed an improvement. These are pretty subtle and don't have me running to the bathroom which is nice. I would recommend these!

No Results
It’s not unusual for products like this to not improve my gut situation, so I can’t fault it directly. But they didn’t really help me. Maybe it’s better for someone in a maintenance phase, after achieving balance? Considering the price, I would definitely not seek these out again. But I wouldn’t hesitate to take them again- they didn’t hurt!
