The media could not be loaded. *editing my experience : sometimes it's appears that it is not charging the buds, but after putting it in with correct way is to drop the stems of the bud accurately in the case, it's works, so if anyone tells its not charging, don't miss understood it for a fault, at first i thought it was a fault but yeah it works AllrightAt first I thought I should return it, but after few days I was impressed with its performance, sound quality is up to the mark, noise cancellations is not there but it still cancels 85% of noise, I don't know about gaming as I am not a hardcore gamer but for normal gaming I didn't feel any lag, secure fits, looks good, especially those lights it's dope, bass is great, battery life is absolutely perfect, I am a student and I have classes for upto 6 to 8 hours, it's runs fore more than two days onJust one con in it, the case could be of better build quality, but other features cancels it so yeah, I will recommend it for students

I'd give this product a zero review if I could!I purchased this product on 27 January. 2022, and hardly used it a few times (4 or 5 times). Today, when I tried to use it, the left earbud just wouldn't turn on. Thereafter, I put it in the charging case (even though the battery was showing 50%). After a while, when I tried using it again the left one still wouldn't turn on. Neither the light is blinking on the bud nor am I able to switch it on manually after tapping.As you can see from the photo, the product is in near mint condition. And yet, after such a short time, the product has failed.I contacted the truke support team to request a product return, since it is still in warranty. I wished for a refund bcoz I was highly disappointed in their product. They told me that this was not possible. So, I requested for a replacement and they informed me that even this wouldn't be possible. I'd have to courier the product to their given address (on my own expense) and they'd analyze the product to see if it could be repaired. If not then I'd receive 'refurbished' earbud(s). I'm quite shocked that the support team is treating such a serious matter with such levity. After all, it clearly showcases a flaw in their quality analysis and testing. And when they wanted me to review their product they called me up (a few days after I had purchased it) and requested me to give it 5 stars!If you want to spare yourself from all the trouble, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Updates after 3 months usage1. Charging issue, one of the bud fit loosely in case so, so sometimes it doesn't charge, and I am left with one full charged but and other with no charge.2. Slight reduction in battery life, but still good as I have used it quite vigorously.3. No option to disable touch response, very frustrating.Purely Honest Review :1. Very good battery life continuously playing song for 7+ hours. With song on/off & standby it give full day(12+hrs) backup easily.2. Charges with case within 1 hours, Case takes upto 2 hrs, Can easily charge bud for 3 times with full charged case.3. Sound quality is good, you might be disappointed with volume level especially while travelling in crowdy/noisy area, but it plays song smoothly with great treble and deep bass in somewhat quite room.4. No disconnectivity issue, range is aroung 7-8 m, even if there is room wall in between. Also it gets auto connected once you go back in range without any issue.5. Fits perfectly in ear, doesn't look bulgy at all due to short width. Doesn't fall easily. Try all size rubber eartips to select best suitable.6. Very comfortable, I left it in my ear for whole day on music and on standby, not a feel, I forget something is their in my ear.7. Case is small, but kind of slippery. The case charging lights are quite bright, and annoys you at night. But it looks cool though.8. Not tested for gaming so can't tell about that.9. Touch responses are hit and miss, you'll have to tap it hard, and it won't work if you are wearing something over earbuds like jacket's cap. Which might be frustrating in this winter season.

Just got it..!!The sound quality is just amazing, it fits perfectly in your ears and it doesn't fall off easily its perfect for sports if you are into that kind of thing the battery life is pretty impressive.it is perfect.Packing and the quality of the product is impressive..Can confidently use them for out door workout.Good. Please note, I don't have any expertise to comment on bass. But it's nice. The charging case is sturdy and pre charged. So I was able to use the buds out of the box. The buds get attached magnetically to the case and the click sound on closing the case is quite reassuring. Got paired to my infinix hot 9 immediately. With newer mobiles, the connection might be even better. Charging via C type port. Product definitely carries value for money..I would definitely recommend buying it.

Today Again In returning this productI bought this same product Nearly four timesFirst time did charge properly send for replacement, Second time My Left side bud was not working, made replacement and refundThird time My right side bud was not working, made replacement,This is last time, at first everything working fine for first 9days, later it started, first voice quality during call became worst i couldn't hear other's voice but mic was good, andthen music became worst day by day,Noice Cancellation only in box not on budsNow Charging was good at first 5 days but now without charging buds not turning on.I would say never ever buy this product it's not good at all even for value for money too.
