This looks like a very useful item however, not happy with the quality. First time I ordered, got only half the item, returned and got a new one. In the new pack, one of the pilate bar doesn't screw in. I will have to return this now only for the pilate bar.

There are a lot of different versions of this type of product available but this one actually targets the correct muscles when used for each exercise it provides. I’ve noticed results after a few weeks of using a daily 4 set split routine (chest/triceps one day, shoulders/back the next). The handles are non slip and connect snugly to the platform. Yes, it’s plastic, but it feels strong enough to last forever. The idea of using this while travelling appealed to me and it’s small enough once folded to be portable as the handles fit neatly inside. Would definitely recommend.
