slightly smaller than i thought but good quality
My fault for not just grabbing a measuring tape and looking at the product Dimensions but I thought these were full size dinner plates. They are a bit smaller than that more like a mid-sized plate. Which is still good enough for most things. The quality is good, they are lighter than an equivalent glass plate in my opinion. They are microwave safe it's only pointed metal like Forks or paper clips things of that nature that you need to worry about solid and non-sharp metal is perfectly safe in a microwave.They are nice and durable, super easy to clean, and they don't get too hot to hold even when putting hot food on them

Great for picnic or by the pool
Pretty. Sturdy. Awesome for picnic or pool. A little heavy but that makes them more durable. Easy to clean. Way better than using paper plates because they are both durable and reusable.

The plates are slightly bent
The color is awesome and the size is perfect for dessert plates. You can see the plating where either a drip is or where an electrode was placed, not sure what caused it but on the lip of each plate is a spot where the color is spotted. Not a biggie, but the bentness of the plates is annoying. We have large dinner plates that are stainless and they stack perfectly. These plates all have a slight bend in them, not noticeable when they aren’t stacked, but when they’re stacked they don’t seat together well. More of an annoyance, and it doesn’t affect the quality, but it makes them look cheap.

Just go for it
I purchased this set of plates for a function/party . It’s really good and quality is very nice . Many of my friends liked this plate because of its color and quality . Must buy but please check for the other sizes for your requirements.

Double layered is not double walled
These are ludicrously small. Our kids have 7 inch plates that are larger than these 8 inch plates. These plates say that they are "double layered," which implies a degree of insulation but there is no insulation and heat/cold transfer would be a problem.Sooo disappointing.

Perfect plates for small kids and toddlers
These plates are durable and have a beautiful finish on the steel. This size is perfect for small kids and toddlers - also good plates to serve dessert. My kids will love these!

Tell me you're not still using plastic for your children
Are you still serving your child food on plastic plates? According to the Harvard School of Public Health, "The plastics chemical family of phthalates also is at the top of researchers’ list of concerns. Like BPA, phthalates are endocrine disruptors, chemicals that can enter the body through food and personal care products and interfere with hormones the body itself produces." Our family uses these stainless steel plates. A set of 10 was $30 at time of purchase. We don't have to worry about warm food releasing toxins in plastic plates, dish soap soaking in to the fibers or breakage from falling off the kitchen counter. Plus, the kids love the colors!
